5.00We had an incredible cosmic flow experience that was deeply balancing, healing, and genuinely fun. The setting itself was stunning—the natural beauty of the canyon created a peaceful, grounding backdrop that made it easy to fully relax and be present. The session felt thoughtfully guided from start to finish, with a perfect blend of movement and mindful awareness. I left feeling lighter, more centered, and reconnected in a way that’s hard to put into words. What truly made the experience special was Jaechon, who was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what she does. Her presence created a safe and supportive space that allowed us to fully engage and enjoy the journey. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and restorative experience in nature.

5.00Awesome experience!!! I hosted a group in Zion this last weekend, decided to take the group to Cosmic Flow. There is nothing quite like this experience. Jaechon and Tyler do an awesome job making everyone feel comfortable, whether they are new to yoga or not-- and the setting speaks for itself. Afterwards, we did the stargazing experience which was an awesome bookend to the evening. Would highly recommend!

5.00What an awesome experience again! We now have our family and friends hooked on Cosmic Yoga with Jaechon and it’s a must do whenever we visit. We scheduled three private sessions and each one was uniquely different. Such an awesome way to start or end the day. Thank you Jaechon, can’t wait for the next session!

5.00There are few words to adequately describe how truly special our night with Jaechon, up on a gorgeous mesa for star gazing, candles, light yoga and a bit of music and sound bowls, all interwoven with thought provoking messages and new energizing perspectives. We were coaxed into it a bit by a friend, I was reticent to go, but pushed forward. So glad we did. It was an unforgettable experience and left all of us raving, and I would even say become better people (and simply super fun!)

5.00My husband and I went to Zion looking for a life and spiritual reset. Jae was a huge part of that journey. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to rediscover or simply explore their spirituality and connect with the universe. The flow was fantastic too - especially after hiking for a few days!

5.00Man what an experience. Jaechon was an incredible guide and my wife and I had such a great time in the cosmic yoga flow session. We didn’t get to do the outside experience because of the weather but even moving inside, the atmosphere and curation of the space was so intentional and the views were spectacular. It was intimate and earthy and everything we could have asked for to finish off our last day in Zion. Looking forward to next time 🙏🏽
