5.00The ride down the river was great. We saw a lot of animals and an amazing sunset. The open bar and snacks was a nice touch too! Pickup and drop off were safe and efficient.

5.00A stunning experience from start to finish! Collection from the hotel was exactly on time, the boat itself was very spacious and well equipped. The two captains on board were friendly and the service was excellent. What an amazing experience to see an African Sunset in this way!
Fantastic experience but punctuality is not their strong point on this experience

4.00Though the cruise was fantastic and the people very friendly and helpful they were 20 minutes late in collecting us from the hotel leading to a shortened cruise. There was no explanation.

5.00An excellent experience—highly recommended for the quality of service. Coincidentally, in 2026 I chose the same provider that served us in 2025, and it was a pleasant surprise, thanks not only to the service on board the ship but also to the care provided by the staff at the A Zambezi Hotel.

4.00Everything was good, and I got the sunset that was promised. The only downside was that I had to wait almost 30 minutes in the dark for the return transfer. I would also recommend including all fees in the tour price, as it makes things much more convenient for tourists.
