Pick up at your accommodation in Bukit Lawang at 9:00 am. You will be hiking for around 5-6 hours. Exploring the jungle, with explanations from your guide about the area, the plants and the animals you will encounter. Plenty of opportunity for taking pictures. If you are lucky you will be able to see Orangutans, Macaques, Gibbons, Thomas Leaf Monkeys and Hornbills. A lunch stop is included. Option to come back by walk through the jungle. FULL DAY JUNGLE TREK Level of fitness: Medium Price includes - English speaking certified guide, lunch, national park permit. 5.00We had a wonderful stay at the villa, and the eco-friendly trip was amazing! Everything went smoothly, from the airport pickup to the trekking, and we saw a lot of monkeys,orangutans and other animals. Everything was arranged very professionally. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to our guides, Bangbang and Choco! Highly recommend staying here and going on the jungle trekking experience. Ps. The food was delicious!!

5.00We did the Sumatra Orangutan 1-Day Trekking Tour and it was an amazing experience! Our guides Wahyu and Zanet were fantastic – very friendly, knowledgeable, and great at spotting wildlife in the jungle. During the trek we were lucky enough to see one male and one female orangutan, which was incredible to witness in their natural habitat. We also saw Thomas leaf monkeys and a few other animals along the way. It was definitely very hot, but still totally doable with some breaks and plenty of water. The food and fresh fruits during the trek were also great. At the end we could relax for a bit in the river, and then enjoy water tubing back to Bukit Lawang, which was a fun way to finish the day. Highly recommended!

5.00I booked the orangutan trekking in Bukit Lawang at the last minute, and everything was organized perfectly. The communication was fast, clear, and very friendly from the start. The whole trip was incredibly well planned, and I enjoyed every moment of it. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made the experience truly special. I absolutely loved it and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bukit Lawang.

5.00Had the best time with our Guides Yoga and Anton. The Trekking was perfectly organized, the hike was beautiful and we managed to see some orang utans! All in all a beautiful memory, would recommend everyone to go to bukit lawang to see the amazing wildlife with sumatra orang utan trekking!

5.00We've spent one day in the jungle today and thanks to our talented guides we saw lots of different monkeys and 5 Orang Utans (big male + female with babies). Can't thank the guides enough to make this happen! They were super funny and well organized. We had a lovely lunch and in the afternoon lots of fruits. Floating back the river was the final cherry on top. Can recommend this tour 1000000%. Greets Kristin & Andi

5.00It was simply a perfect day! From the very beginning, we felt welcome and very comfortable. Every single member of this team is incredibly kind and warm-hearted. We were on the tour with Yoga and Bambang and couldn't have been happier with our two guides. We had a lot of fun, learned a lot, and of course enjoyed the beautiful trekking tour. We were very lucky to see many monkeys and orangutans. The fruit platter and lunch were prepared with a lot of love and were delicious. The rafting tour was also unique and rounded off the day perfectly. The trekking itself is quite physically demanding, so good clothing, endurance, and trekking experience are necessary. The accommodation is great and the food is incredibly delicious. The only downside is that the journey to Bukit Lawang is a bit long and rough, but that's just part of it. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that we can recommend to everyone.

5.00A great experience to see orangutans in their jungle. My son and I learned a lot - thanks to the guides. No "feeding" the orangutans - THANK YOU. 6 Orangutans among them mother and child, and an old great orangutan. Really beautiful and even as a seventy-year-old, albeit spurred on, to create. Of course the sweat flows in streams!!!

5.00We stayed at this hotel and they organized our jungle trek to see orangutans. It was amazing! We saw 13 orangutans in the wild. The guides were really good - they knew where to find the animals and kept us safe. The lunch they gave us during the trek was tasty too. Everything was well organized and we had a fantastic time. Perfect for anyone who wants to see orangutans in Sumatra. Highly recommended!

5.00We would recommend this trip to everyone who loves adventures - the guys yoga and azri did such a good job. We saw lots of orang utans and other animals. We saw them from just a few metres away but the guides took care that everyone respects them and the nature. Thank you so much for making this trip so special.
