  On 27/12/25, we hired the Morandé agency for a tour to Viña del Mar and Valparaíso during our trip to Chile. We were in a family, including an elderly woman with a knee prosthesis, and we expected a professional service, safe and compatible with the amount paid. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative and completely ruined the ride. The guide, Micaela, only advised at 18:50 the previous day that the departure would be at 6:30, before the hotel breakfast time. As the hotel only accepted early coffee orders until 18:00, we were forced to go for a long walk without breakfast, starting the day already in discomfort. The van used was very noisy and without any accessibility. My mother couldn't get in or out alone at any stop and had to be loaded in all of them by relatives. The agency was clearly not prepared to take care of elderly or people with reduced mobility. Cristian’s driving was extremely dangerous: sudden brakes, constant locks, high-speed bumps and reckless lane changes. The vehicle choked so much that we almost fell off the banks. Three people needed to take medicine for nausea and headache. The air conditioning on the back of the van was turned off, only in front, for the driver and the guide. In addition, there were blunt comments like “Brazil without air”, which generated embarrassment, especially because most of the passengers were Brazilians. The guide kept music excessively loud, singing to the screams during much of the journey. When we asked to choose only one song, the volume was reduced almost to a minimum and she started talking to the driver, completely ignoring the passengers. The tour was done with extreme hurry, with a reduced route in relation to the same tour made years before with the same agency. The stops lasted between 10 and 20 minutes, barely giving time for photos. There was no planning of stops for the bathroom, which caused even more discomfort. In Valparaíso, we asked to take a picture in front of the restaurant where we had lunch, something simple and totally relevant, but the driver did not allow and, although he said he would stop later, it never happened. At lunch, the guide decided, without consulting anyone, to place an unknown couple next to our family, taking away everyone’s privacy and leaving the couple visibly embarrassed. On the way, we asked to go down at Shopping Sky Costanera, which left the guide and the driver visibly satisfied by shortening the journey and avoiding stopping at two hotels. Still, we were left in the middle of the street, in a lightning, with my mother without being able to come down quickly. It was an expensive, unorganized, insecure and disrespectful ride that spoiled a special family moment. I do not recommend.

  We did (I and my wife) the tour to Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar with Morande. It was not a pleasant experience and I do not recommend. For informed people the tour begins around 6:00 a.m. but you are only informed about this time after the tour is closed. This way there is no way to have breakfast in your hotel and I believe there is some commercial agreement between the company and the place where they stop, which in my opinion is quite bad and with Few options, besides expensive. I can't understand why this time once we return to Santiago around 16:30H, so if the Van passes around 7:30/8:00 at the hotel everyone could sleep an hour or more and have coffee in their hotels and would return around 18:30, that is, weird. But I can't help but report some other things that have bothered me a lot, and I believe it's important to share because it's about the safety of passengers who are traveling outside their country of origin and this, in my opinion, was the most serious and what scared me the most, the As the driver drove the Van really is not suitable, transiting in urban area at speeds far above the permitted speed, making risky overtakings and freezing strangely stepping several times on the brake and making all passengers feel uncomfortable. This point really cannot be accepted passively. And to make it worse there is no stop plan for bathroom use, that is, you have to be asking and asking all the time so that they can stop somewhere so that you can pee!!! Absurd!!! To crown all the experience on the tour the guide who in my opinion is not prepared to act as a professional guide came singing songs in an absurdly high volume and that I believe to be incompatible with a tour that begins so early, i.e. you have to wake up at 5:00 in the morning and when you are coming back from the tour you have to endure a True concert even if you're not willing. I do not recommend this company to anyone and to be honest I think that the tour to Valparaiso does not have much to offer, besides very old houses, a brega and poor scenario, but this is my opinion and respect whoever wants to meet, I just feel that I should report our experience to unconscious Brazilians because for me it was a robbery!

  I do not recommend. Unprepared guide, getting poorly polite. He didn't plan stops for the bathroom, leaving some passengers quite disturbed. The guide chose two passengers and decided to listen to “his songs” in high volume, as well as, singing them, and repeating his words, “as if there was no tomorrow”, not bothering with the other passengers, who woke up at 5:00am to make a ride and would like to come back resting from the day off. The driver and partner of the guide, can not drive for passengers, because he drove with high speed, made use of abrupt brakes, disturbing and scaring us, turned off the air conditioning of the van, even with an outside temperature of 30 degrees and brakes “as if the car would loose” in all the lightning, which made some of us nauseated. Unfortunately it seems to be a company that cares about quantity and not the quality of the service provided. I do not recommend. I do not recommend

  We are scheduled to go on this tour tomorrow morning. Right now it's 7:30 the evening before, the trip is confirmed and paid for and we have had radio silence from them. Their phone number is disconnected when you try to call as well. Absolutely insane unprofessionalism. Should we rebook somewhere else? Hard to know since they won't answer

  It was also the second ride with Morande to Valparaiso with Valentina Almeida and the driver Javier, were equally excellent and always demonstrating knowledge and helping much more than necessary. It was a great experience, I indicate to everyone, and be willing to walk the beautiful slopes of the city, the guide is also nice with the photos.
