You'll also hear about Marco Polo and his complicated and intriguing connection with Korčula. I am a licenced tourist guide, born and raised in Korčula. I love art and history, so I guide about what I love. You'll also hear a few childhood memories of mine. Welcome to Korčula :-)

Korcula Town

Walking tour takes you around a town built a 1000 years ago, sculpted in white stone and preserved in time. You will hear about history and art, take a look behind a few closed doors and get some insights into the present - day life. A few childhood memories of mine, too. I am born and raised here, Korčula is my hometown.

No better way to learn about a new town than to be guided by someone who was born there. Sasa was born in old town Korcula and our walk was highlighted by dropping into places only locals would know. His knowledge was superb. A must do when visiting Korcula

Our guide Sasa did a wonderful job of introducing us to the fascinating city of Korcula--its history, architecture, culture and personal stories as a native of the town. He was not only born there, but played in the streets as a child, so knows the place from inside out. He is a wonderful guide, and you would do well to see the city with him.

Our tour guide was Sasha. He is a native of Korcula. He was friendly, quite knowledgeable about Korcula and passionate on the subject. He provided both an historical and contemporary description of the city. He was very good at answering questions. It was an evening tour and got cold at the end so bring a jacket. I would definitely recommend the tour.

What an incredible tour of Korcula. We got such an amazing tale of history and also modern life here. Sasa was brilliant, we could have walked around with him for the whole day if we could. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting this beautiful part of the world.

Many interesting information about the city, our guide was born there, so he had also inside information and many memories from the past. History, environment, culture - everything was involved and we could ask as many questions as we wanted. Big recommendation, thank you!
