Ambatolampy

After breakfast, from 6.30 departure to the city of Antsirabe via the city of Ambatolampy Enjoy beautiful landscapes composed of rice terraces, traditional villages and especially the different shapes of the typical houses of the high ground which are built in Bricks and Clays. You will appreciate the different shapes of the Rice fields which are in the form of stairs on the Mountains all along National Road 7. Stopovers along the route allow you to discover local handicrafts, traditional aluminium workshops, and small rural communities. Lunch in a restaurant in town

Gare D’Antsirabe

Arrival in Antsirabe, a charming colonial town known for its thermal springs and cool climate. Gare d’Antsirabe is the historic railway station of the city, built during the colonial period and now a symbol of Antsirabe’s past as an important transport hub. Although trains no longer operate regularly, the station remains an iconic landmark with its old architecture and nostalgic atmosphere, offering visitors a glimpse into Madagascar’s railway history and heritage You will meet the local population before heading to Miandrivazo, the capital of the Highlands territory. After the lunch, continue west toward Miandrivazo

After lunch in Antsirabe, continue the journey through Madagascar’s highlands and rural landscapes, passing traditional villages, rice fields, and scenic valleys before arriving in Miandrivazo for overnight stay, gateway to the west and Tsiribihina River adventures

Morondava

In the morning from 6.30, departure toward Morondava through impressive baoba landscapes. Crossing rivers, dry forests, and remote villages while discovering the authentic atmosphere of western Madagascar. And going up to the Mountain of the Menabe or Southwest Region, you will see the panoramic view of all the plains and rice fields. You will see Baobabs all along the road. Arrival in Morondava, a charming coastal town on the Mozambique Channel. Check in and lunch in the city or in your hotel.

Avenue of the Baobabs

In the late afternoon, visit the legendary: Avenue of the Baobabs Avenue of the Baobabs is one of Madagascar’s most famous natural attractions, featuring towering ancient baobab trees lining a scenic dirt road near Morondava. The site is especially spectacular at sunset and offers incredible photo opportunities, making it a must-visit destination in western Madagascar. After our visit, we will drive back to Morondava

Morondava

From 6.30 morning, Adventure by 4x4 through rivers, local ferries, and remote Sakalava villages towards Bekopaka. Arrival on the rivers of Tsiribihina to pass the car by Ferries (it takes 1h to cross) Lunch in the restaurant located in the city of Belo sur Tsiribihina. You will leave for Bekopaka by a track whose basic comfort will plunge you into the heart of the Malagasy Adventure! Departure directly to Bekopaka passing through several small villages. Arrival on the Manambolo river, pass the car by Ferries (It takes 25mn) Arrival in Bekopaka, the gateway to Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the region

Manambolo River

The Manambolo Rivers is a spectacular river in western Madagascar, famous for its limestone, cliffs, caves, and canoe trips near the Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park. It is an important gateway to Bekopaka and the Grand Tsingy.

Very early at 7 a.m. Traditional canoe rides on the Manambolo river passing under the Caves of Birds and Bats, history of the first Malagasy people Vazimba. Then a visit of the Petite Tsingy, which is classified as a world heritage site and real land of adventure. This smaller limestone formation offers a beautiful introduction to the Tsingy landscape and its accessible for most travelers.

Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park

A full day dedicated to the spectacular Grand Tsingy with suspension bridges and breathtaking viewpoints. Departure from the hotel at 7 a.m towards the entrance to the Park (distance 15 km and 45 min journey) This extraordinary labyrinth is one of Madagascar’s greatest natural wonders. You start the visit of BEMARAHA NATIONAL PARK, a real limestone cathedral that are 200 million years’ old and one of the most spectacular and characteristic of Madagascar. We visit through the Forest and la Grande Tsingy and end with the Grotto. (The visit takes 5 or more times, depending on the customers) During the visit you can do a little climbing of the Tsingy but you will be well equipped at the entrance of the Park. Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park

The adventure includes: Hiking through dramatic rock formations, crossing hanging bridges, climbing through narrow canyons, panoramic viewpoint over the stone forest and admire the lemurs jumping on the sharps. The Grand Tsingy offers a thrilling and unforgettable experience for nature and adventure lovers.

Early in the morning, you will leave for LA FORÊT DE KIRINY. By passing the car twice on the Barge to be able to cross the two rivers (Manambolo and Tsiribihina) And during this trip you will discover magnificent landscapes as well as enjoy the panorama that is available to you. Arrival in the afternoon and preparation for a unique nocturnal excursion.

Kirindy Forest Morondava Madagascar

Night walk in Kirindy Forest Kirindy is famous for its rich biodiversity and nocturnal wildlife. Possible sightings include: Mouse lemurs Giant jumping rats Chameleons Geckos Fossa (Madagascar’s endemic predator) An exciting opportunity to discover Madagascar’s nocturnal ecosystem.

From 6.30 a.m Return to the Malagasy Highlands with scenic landscapes along the way. Enjoy changing landscapes and stopovers along the route. Arriving in the town of Miandrivazo, break and lunch in a restaurant

Antsirabe

After lunch in Miandrivazo, continue the scenic drive through Madagascar highland landscapes toward Antsirabe. Along the way, enjoy views of rural villages, rice fields, and rolling hills before arriving in Antsirabe for an overnight stay and relaxing evening.
