Across two days, you’ll venture through Petra’s Siq – the spectacular ceremonial entrance to the ancient city, over the desert sand by Jeep Tour in Wadi Rum, and into the Dead Sea - where you'll take a dip into the salty waters and float at the lowest place on earth.
Throw in a Zarb Dinner cooked by the Bedouins and you’ve got a Jordanian experience you’ll never forget.

Day 1: Enjoy a delicious dinner “Zarb” dinner, a traditional Bedouin barbecue.
Amman
7am - Hotel Pickup. Pick up from the hotel of your choice in Amman.
Petra
10am - Arrive at Petra and enter the Nabatean city through the magnificent tall and narrow canyon entrance to Petra known as the Siq. Witness the ancient city like the travelers of old along the main trail. 1pm - You'll have a little time to further explore the magical site of Petra on your own, to enjoy at the cave bar, or to rest up for tomorrow. For the adventurous, there are several good options to explore including Jabal Khubtha, Um Bayyara, and more! 3pm - Leave Petra and take the 2-hour drive to Wadi Rum
Wadi Rum Protected Area
5pm - Arrive at Wadi Rum visitor's center. You will then switch from your road vehicle to an off-road pickup truck that will drive through the desert sand to your Bedouin Camp for the night. 8:30pm - Enjoy a delicious dinner "Zarb" dinner, a traditional Bedouin barbecue. You'll have, chicken, potatoes, and carrots that were slow-cooked for hours over charcoal, in a cooking hole buried beneath the desert sand. There will also be traditional salads, bread, and dips available.

Day 2: Breakfast will be provided at the Bedouin camp and buffet lunch will be waiting for you at a Dead Sea Resort.

Wadi Rum Protected Area
7am - Start the day with breakfast at the camp. 8am - Begin your 2-hour Jeep Tour. Jump into a jeep in which you'll explore the best spots in the desert! 10am - You'll depart the desert and head to the Dead Sea to wash off the sand!
Dead Sea Region
3pm - Spend some time floating in the salty waters, try out the ‘magical’ Dead Sea mud, and relax by the pool. While at the resort, enjoy a nice buffet lunch. 5:30pm: You will head back to Amman, to return to where the adventure began. The tour vehicle will climb out of the Jordan Valley at the lowest place on earth and up to the plateau where the capital city is located.
Amman
6:30pm: Arrive back in Amman. We'll drop you off at your pre-booked hotel in the city.

4.00Overall, the 2-day trip was well organized. It covers most of the places, such as Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, with enough time for self-exploration. Special mention to our guide Ahmad, who tried to ensure everyone had a great time throughout the journey. My personal favourite was Wadi Rum.

5.00We had the absolute best experience in Jordan thanks to Ibrahim. From Petra to Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea, his knowledge, storytelling, and passion made everything come alive. In Petra, he didn’t just show us the Treasury — he explained the history, the Nabataeans, and the hidden details we would have completely missed on our own. At Wadi Rum, he shared stories about the desert, the Bedouin culture, and the landscape in such an engaging way that it felt magical. And at the Dead Sea, he made sure we understood the science and history behind it, not just the “float and take photos” part. What truly sets Ibrahim apart is his warmth and friendliness. He made us feel genuinely welcome in Jordan — not like tourists, but like guests. He was patient, attentive, and always ready to answer our questions with a smile. If you’re visiting Jordan and want more than just sightseeing — if you want understanding, context, and a truly memorable experience — Ibrahim is the guide you need. Highly, highly recommended! 🇯🇴

5.00Excellent trip. Very well organised by Dania at Experience Jordan. We had changed the 2 day into a 3 day trip. 1st day Mount Nobo, Madaba, Karak Castle, then down to Wadi Musa, ready for next day in Petra, ending in Wadi Rum. Excellent driver Iyad. We were upgraded to stay in Old Village Resort in Wadi Musa, which was excellent, indoor & outdoor pools, gym etc. Lovely buffet dinner & breakfast. As for Wadi Rum - fantastic - stayed in Planet Rum Camp - only ones there - outstanding hospitality & food. 4x4 jeep trip & sundown. Star gazing. Last day drive to Dead Sea, Holiday Inn Resort - very nice. All in all one of the best trips we have done as a family.

5.00Overall this tour was great. Good communication from the organizer, seamless pick up in Amman, clean comfortable van. Enough time to see the major parts of Petra (you’d need at least whole day to see it all) & the guide is good. Wadi Rum was majestic, you need to be okay with quasi-camping. Dead Sea is the perfect amount of time you don’t need more than 2-3 hours. Amazing tour option to see Jordan’s best attractions in limited time.

5.00We had an incredible time with Experience Jordan! Our guide, Ahlam, was truly exceptional — she shared so much insight about the places we visited, which really enriched the entire experience. With only a few female trekking guides in Jordan, we felt lucky to have her lead our journey. Our driver, Ali, was also great. His car was always spotless, the A/C was a lifesaver in the heat, and having Wi-Fi on the road was a nice bonus! Jordan is such a fascinating place full of history, and I highly recommend exploring it with Experience Jordan. They were professional throughout, and their customer service was quick and responsive. I’d love to come back one day :)

5.00We came to Jordan on business and only had a couple of days to explore outside Amman. Raisa suggested this two-day itinerary, which suited us perfectly. We felt really cared for from the first minute. Our driver was excellent, with a happy smile on his face all the time. Our guide Motaz was exceptional, very organised and keeping us on time, while being very helpful and attentive to the needs of everyone in our small group. He is very knowledgeable about the history, culture and geology of Jordan. The places we visited were all incredible, although very different. Petra was unbelievable, but our stay in Wadi Rum really exceeded our expectations. We felt very safe and welcome everywhere we came. The locals were most hospitable and we drank a lot if tea! Highly recommended!
