5.00We recently spent several days in Istanbul and had Koray as our guide for two of them—and he was absolutely brilliant. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful, he brought the city’s rich history to life in a way that was engaging for us and genuinely fun for our kids (ages 5 and 10). Koray struck the perfect balance between learning and enjoyment. Our boys loved exploring the Spice Bazaar, sampling dried fruits and Turkish delights, wandering the vibrant streets of Istanbul, and feeding the seagulls simit during a beautiful boat ride on the Bosphorus. These moments became some of our favorite memories from the trip. He kept everything flexible and introduced us to both the iconic sights and the local parts of Istanbul we never would have discovered on our own. His warmth, insight, and ability to connect with our children set him apart from any guide we’ve had before. We 100% recommend Koray as your tour guide. We’ve already shared his details with family members planning trips to Istanbul, and as we plan a future trip to other cities in Turkey, Koray will be the first person we reach out to. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

5.00Well informed, and easy going. He listened to our inquiries and tailored the time accordingly We really enjoyed it. Felt very comfortable and very safe. Took us to eat at a local restaurant which was very delicious ! Recommend highly .

5.00Having a knowledgeable guide with a great command of the English language is the only way to see Istanbul. Our guide knew the most efficient way to see the best highlights. Having a licensed guide lets you skip most of the ticket purchase lines. He also accommodated our shopping side trip needs. He picked great stops to eat lunch. He helped us greatly with negotiating good deals in the shops and taking us to reliable shops.

5.00Started on a cruise but didn’t really enjoy Turkey until our 2 day private tour ! This was well worth the money. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating! Finally saw and connected with Turkish history! It was amazingly beautiful!

5.00We chose a 2 day private tour since our time was limited. Our tour guide Burcu, a Turkish native, was a wealth of knowledge on Istanbul as well as, the historical significance of other cities/countries and their relationship to Turkey. Burcu gave us options of what to see on our tour since some things were under renovation or had extremely long lines. She worked hard with our driver to make the most of the time we had. Turkey is a beautiful country with so much history! Burcu's love of her country is contagious and you will leave understanding why! I highly recommend this tour for a solid 2 days of seeing many of Istanbul's best.
