Pick Up- Jerusalem Tour

Jerusalem District

Pick up from our hotel, go to Mount of Olives and enjoy a great view of the city of Jerusalem from above. Walk along the Palm Sunday road down to visit Dominus Flevit, the church is shaped as a tear drop where Jesus visualized the destruction of Jerusalem and wept. Go to Mount Zion. Visit Church of the Dormition, the place where Virgin Mary fell asleep. Visit Cenacle, also known as the “Upper Room”, the site of The Last Supper. Begin walking the stations of the Via Dolorosa and end at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the place where Jesus Christ rose from the dead.

Pick Up- New Jerusalem and Bethlehem Tour

Bethlehem

Pick up from our hotel, we driver to visit Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum, then we proceed to visit the Church of the Nativity, marking the birthplace of Christ. Visit Saint Catherine’s Church and Saint Jerome’s Cave where the bible was translated. Continue to Milk Grotto and then visit the Shepherd’s Field.

The guide was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was the best part of the trip! The tour was jam packed with fascinating and historic sites. Seeing the religious sites was an intense, palpable, and life-changing experience. The group had a few problems with the hotel, rooms weren’t ready, there was mold in one room, and some interesting stains on furniture. However, the issues were resolved by the hotel. I cannot stress enough how safe it is to travel in Jerusalem. If you have doubts, rest assured, it is absolutely safe. You must go! It is an experience of a lifetime!

My experience with Laila Tours & Travel was outstanding! The tour guide and driver were the best! Very professional, knowledgeable and really very kindly and respectful! We had Raed as our guide. He was so informative and knowledgeable! He was passionate about the history in a way that peaked my interest and curiosity. I felt like I could fill a book with all the new things I learned from him and the sights he showed us. 10/10, book a tour with Raed, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend Raed, Ahmad and Maria who arranged a trip of a lifetime for our family. We were travelling with 2 young children and they made sure they accommodated us all. We felt safe and comfortable throughout. Raed’s knowledge of the historical sites was exceptional and Ahmad’s expert driving and punctuality made it a most memorable adventure. Thank you all. We’ll be back!

I had the privilege of experiencing Laila Tours on my pilgrimage with friends to the Holy Sites across Israel and Palestine last week.February 9th to 14th. Day 1 travelling from Jerusalem to Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee including Capernaum and Mount of Beatitudes Day 2 Jerusalem walking tour Day 3 Bethlehem and the Baptismal sites in the Jordan Valley Laila and Maria who run Laila Tours took care of every detail, arranging for us to be met on arrival at Ben Gurion Airport and transporting us to our hotel the Notre Dame de Jerusalem in Jerusalem itself. Our guide Riad who accompanied us for 3 days had an outstanding knowledge of the history and background of every place we went to and answered all our questions and actually became our friend. What a privilege to have him guide us and help immerse us in the magnitude of the experiences we had marvelling at the Holy Places we visited. We met Laila and Maria in Bethlehem and we were able to share our experiences with them directly. On our day of departure Friday 14th February Laila had organised our departure from Jerusalem back to Ben Gurion airport. Everything worked really well, timings were like clockwork and always willing to accommodate and be flexible. As someone who has travelled the world this was the best trip and experience I have ever had. If you are thinking of taking a tour of the Holy Places then honestly you won’t do better. Whether it’s a 2 people or 200 people trip Laila Tours has the skills experience and logistics to personalise your experience and give you the experience of a life time. It was an experience of a life time for me last week.

Laila and Maria from Laila Tours are very kind and generous. Their expertise in organising trips in and around the Holy Land is exceptional. All willing to offer support and to bring their experience and knowledge to the fore for pilgrims and tourists alike. The Tour Guides from their company are all officially accredited by the civil authorities and have a deep knowledge of their subject. This is also true of their language capabilities, as our guide spoke faultless English and was always happy to engage with us and offer us advice on matters, including nice cafes and restaurants to eat! The tours were always excellently planned and on time. The drivers along with the main guide were always courteous and generous with their time. Laila and Maria were always at the end of the phone, should there have been a problem. There was not and all went well the week we were there. I cannot rate them highly enough and would encourage others to visit the Holy Land with Laila Tours. Thank you Laila and Maria. Your service and company was excellent. First rate.
