My family and I were disappointed. We expected to walk across the bridge since it was a walking tour but the guide had us take the tram. We also were bored as our guide seemed to not be a very vibrant story teller and she didn’t walk and talk, she’d drop every 10 feet or so to tell another long boring story. We also expected that the tour would include discussion and tour inside the abbey and were very disappointed to learn she would just leave us outside the abbey and end the tour there. I feel this tour wasn’t representative of what it advertised.

Guide super nice and explain everything very well. Only a recommandation for the organization : in case of last minute requests, ensure a prompt feedback before the tour start

This was a wonderful experience! Our kids loved it! We would recommend warm clothes as near the ocean can be cold.

Only 50% of the tour were in English so we had to wait 50% of the time. Less than 1 hour of information. Quite expensive . The guide was very friendly and knew a lot. But the agency should have send one group for each language.

I have visited Mont St. Michel several times. On this tour with Alice, i learned so many new things that made the visit even more exciting. She is very knowledgeable and delivers the information in an engaging way. Her English is very good and I would recommend her tour.

If visiting Mont Saint Michel then this short tour with the optional abbey tickets add on is a must! Our guide was an excellent story teller, giving us an overview of the history of the Mont through the ages and the uniqueness of various aspects of the region. Since we were staying on the island for a few nights, this tour was perfect in that it gave us insight into daily life on the island and context of what we were to see in the abbey. Visiting the abbey was awesome, navigating the labyrinth of passages and stairs through the halls up to the ramparts. Note, if you struggle with stairs then this is not for you. We had an incredible time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Mont.

Originally, this is a very nice approach. Unfortunately, when two different groups of foreign languages share the same guide, you’re always waiting for it. Also, when different ages present themselves in the group, you do not do the same route because of the steps of Mont Saint Michel. For the end, not to find our guide at the famous waiting point. It could have been a very nice adventure. What a shame...
