The tourist info center is at the parking lot bus stop. We did not see the sign on the building as it is small and close to the ground. We waited for a bus and rode all the way to the Mont, and then realized our mistake. Our guide called me quickly but we couldn't receive the call for some reason. I called her back and we were able to reconnect quickly but perhaps we should not have arrived so early! Our guide Alice was excellent. Warning to all visitors - be prepare to walk a lot and there are many many steps, some with no railings. It is magnificent so hopefully it will not be too hard for you.

Our guide Honoré was fantastic! He lead us away from the crowds to communicate the fascinating history associated with all aspects of the island. He was fun, personably and keen to share. He had a great sense of fun and made our day very memorable.
