  Although our tour guide was knowledgeable about the city, I felt the content was heavy on the “red zone” area of Hambugh. Maybe that’s the city. There was confusion at the start of the tour, combining two tours into one which honestly was too many folks, some on scooters, some on Segways, which created a late start. Honestly, the tour could have been an hour. There were times due to the amount of people on the tour that we got separated by traffic lights and conditions. I think the tour needs some refining and maybe a hard cap on the number of participants.

  Had a wonderful time on the E-Scooter tour in Hamburg! 🚲 Our guide was very knowledgeable and we saw so many cool places like Landungsbrücken and Fischmarkt.

  Refreshing and Fun! 🛺 Our scooter journey around Hamburg was wonderful. We glided by the picturesque Ohlsdorf Cemetery, enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the Mönckebergstraße, and admired the stunning views from the Oberhafen. The guide was friendly and shared lots of interesting tidbits. A great way to see Hamburg’s diverse neighborhoods!

  It was a great experience. Our guide was excellent, providing detailed information about the city's landmarks like St. Michael's Church, Landungsbrücken, Speicherstadt, and Hafencity. The Fish Market visit was a delightful end to the tour.

  A very nice scooter tour showing several places of interest in Hamburg. Scooters were not the newest models as such, but all in all working fine and easy to ride. Our tour guide Calvin was a very relaxed and friendly guy - thanks, we had big fun!

  City tour on electric scooters in Hamburg. My husband and I were in Hamburg and decided to take a city tour to quickly see most of the city. And I think that this was the best decision. The guide was very attentive, explained how to operate the scooter, it was very easy. 2 hours of fun!!! I recommend!!! We'll be back again!

  Absolutely terrrible experience! Please don’t spend your money here! The service was absolutely terrible and so was the tour. Our bikebroke down multiple times. We still haven't gotten our money back,

  I would strongly advise against this company. We were 4 girls who were in Hamburg and had ordered a 2-hour guide on an electric scooter. First, they call us 15 min before we are supposed to be there, that the guide was 40 min late. Then we get to the shop, a very boring shop, but even worse a very uninspired guide. But we're off.... at first we have a really hard time controlling the electric scooters, they turn out to be not the newest on the market, but we're learning to live with it. After we've been driving for 20 minutes, one of my friends' scoorter runs out of power, so we have to wait 15 minutes for him to drive back and get a new battery. We manage to drive again for about 10 minutes, then the power goes out on the other friend's scooter, then my friend is asked to tow her Scooter home.......... The trip was absolutely critical, we have never experienced anything like it. If we were lucky we got a total of 1 hour on the El Scooter When we complain, they want to give us 4 vouchers that we can use, but we don't get back to Hambruger right away, so we continue to complain when we get home and I would say they are VERY bad at answering. But they finally come to the conclusion that now we can only get 2 vouchers, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have never received such bad treatment from anyone. We only wanted to get our money back, that would have been the fairest thing. I just have to say that I know what I'm talking about, because I have tried an electric scooter company in Budapest and I promise that it was a fantastic experience. So I would strongly advise against anyone spending money in this company, you do not get what you pay for. Lotte

  A really bad experience - the tour guide was 40 minutes late - since we had an appointment at 12 noon, our tour was a lot shorter than what we had paid for - one Scooter broke down, the battery ran out after 15 minutes, he got it fixed but it ran out again so he had to go back and get a new battery ( 20 minwas he away) - then the other scooter broke down and my friend had to drag it all the way back to the office - a BADLY experience and we want our money back now!!!
