You will receive a text the day before the tour with your exact pick-up time. Pick-up times typically range between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. • Pick-up times may change due to traffic, weather, or operational needs. • Provide a valid phone number and be ready 5 minutes early at the front entrance of your pick-up location. • If you do not answer or are not present when contacted, the guide will continue the tour. • Beach Pick-Up: If you miss the return meeting point at the beach, the guide will continue back to San Juan. Any extra transportation is at your expense. • Children 5 and under are not allowed on the tour or the bus. • Buses do not have car seats and cannot accommodate them. • A waiver will be texted to you. All participants must read and sign it before boarding. Notify us 24 hours prior if you do not agree. • The Rainforest tour is challenging, and moderate fitness is required. • You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces. • The guide may deny participation for safety reasons. • Follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour (non-refundable). • We reserve the right of admission. • No alcohol, no smoking, and no coolers on the bus. • Only one small carry-on bag per person (no large luggage). • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. • Life vests provided and required for Rainforest and Beach portions. • Cotton socks are required for the Rainforest (worn together with water shoes or hiking shoes). They offer better traction on mossy rocks. • Closed-toe shoes recommended; no flip-flops in the Rainforest. • Tour operates rain or shine. • Weather may require route adjustments. • Participants join the tour at their own risk. • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. • Late arrivals = no-show (non-refundable). • Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities not included. • Not wheelchair accessible. • Service animals allowed. • Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy. • Maximum of 19 travelers.
The total duration of the tour from pickup to drop off is 6 - 8 hours depending on pickup location, traffic, and the pace of the group. .

5.00Unbelieve worth every cent. I was the only person in the car because others cancelled. Jose was my guide he was funny, down to earth and took photos which he sent me on whatsapp. We didn't wait around for people as I was alone and got to speed run through the rainforest.

5.00First stop was nice local color and flavor. The natural water slide is physically challenging for some. I wouldn't suggest it if you are at all hindered physically. However, non-participates enjoyed watching others climb up and slide down. I did it and was challenging yet fun! Beach was more than attaquate with food and beverage offerings, souvenirs. Jet skis and other sorts of water activities were available for a reasonable price. I would definitely do a longer rainforest next time. Was a great price full of activity. I appreciated Gabriel pick up and drop off at my hotel.

5.00The tour was exhilarating and the tour guide was very engaging and inclusive. I never once found myself bored and was constantly entertained. The destinations were incredible and i was able to safely navigate the rainforest thanks to our wonderful guide.

5.00Experience was good , guide Gabriel was knowledgeable and helpful. Only getting to the meeting point was challenge . As tourist from the ship we wouldn’t know where to find places .. sending directions without a link and in KM which we aren’t familiar with wasn’t helpful. But the guide met us right in front of Walgreens the cruise port which was good . Besides that the tour was great

5.00Amazing natural experience wish it was longer in El Yunkue.. we didn’t want to leave. At the beach visitors need to be informed to walk further down where lifeguards are at to avoid the rock area.

5.00william was excellent from the very start! what a great guide. the smoothies at the stop before the rainforest were delicious. others said the fresh fruit bowls were also great. the hike to the waterfalls was easy and no mosquitoes like i would have expected. the waterfalls were beautiful and so much fun. the first one was smaller and the second one was larger but do-able. just a cool experience. william was great about taking pics for us so we didn’t have to worry about doing it ourselves… just enjoyed the time in the rainforest. would definitely do this tour again.
