  BORNEO CALLING organised a fantastic climbing of Mount Kinabalu for my group. SOFRI was our driver who picked us from KK airport, he recommended us to an authentic roast pig stall for some roasted and succulent pork, he also brought us to Desa cow farm (we saw cows!) and finally we settled into Pine Resorts. I needed to buy a pair of shoes and Sofri took great pains to ensure we went around looking for it. The climb up and down Mount Kinabalu was smooth, our guide HARRIS GIMBAD took good care of us, even helped us with our bags and the descent when our knees were feeling the impact. Overall I strongly recommend BORNEO CALLING because the pre-trip communication and during the trip arrangements were efficient and fuss free. It was so easy to have them take care of all the accommodation, transport, logistics and we just needed to focus on the climb.

  Hi! I really enjoyed the climbing session — everything was very well arranged and organized from start to finish, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The routes were fun and well set, and the mountain guide was highly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the climb. The food served also had a great variety of choices and tasted really good. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and it was a nice touch that towels were provided too. They also arranged a free local tour on the arrival day to Kundasang, which was a wonderful bonus and added to the overall experience.   Borneo calling was extremely professional! They thought of all things possible such as accommodation, food, park permits, guides and even free souvenirs.   I booked the guide for the climb of Mount Kinabalu with this agency and was surprised by the efficiency of the organization, once there. I was a bit worried because the management of the online booking was not the best, I booked and paid but the actual confirmation by email never reached me, but live everything was handled efficiently. The guide Sam very knowledgeable, also took me some wonderful souvenir photos! The cost of the excursion is quite high, but the management of the park is all its workers justifies the costs. It was a tiring experience (for a few!) but beautiful - advice!

  I would like to thank Borneo Calling for making our Mount Kinabalu climbing experience a great success. The entire process was smooth and professional, from the early consultation and trip arrangements to the logistics support after we arrived in Kota Kinabalu and the excellent onsite support on the mountain. The team was friendly, helpful, and attentive at every step. Special thanks to our fantastic mountain guide, Jiji, who was cheerful, entertaining, and encouraging throughout the long and challenging climb. We were truly lucky to have him guiding us. We also appreciate our knowledgeable and friendly driver, Edward, who shared interesting insights during the drive from the hotel to Mount Kinabalu and another driver patiently drove us back despite the heavy traffic.   On the arrangement of Borneo Calling, took part in the 3 days 2 nights climbing activities of Shinjuku, the first day on arrival under a friendly guide of the driver to tour the town that can be seen directly in Kyinabalu Mountain, then visited the small New Zealand farm, the evening stayed in the resort near Mount Mount, the next day in the accompaniment of a guide began the climbing to the hill house 6 km path, very professional and friendly guide, stayed in a really five-star hill house, the accommodation environment is good, dinner is also a full of five-star dinner, the third day starts at two-and-a-half in the morning from the Mount Mount, it is a very hard 2.8K, but the same with the help of professional guidance to reach the summit, see the unparalleled views of the hill, Borneo Calling really very professional, very serious, every employee for the customer is really Excellent, Experience!
