(We offer complimentary airport pick up for all your guests arriving by flight in the morning of Day 1 - pick up time will be at 6am from the airport to the departure point in Nairobi city). You will be picked up from your hotel within the city center and commence your safari to Masai Mara Game Reserve with a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. Here, you will have a breathtaking view of the picturesque floor of the Rift Valley. Rift Valley is a geographic stretch extending 6000km across the Middle East and Africa from Jordan to Mozambique. The valley encapsulates tremendous changes in topographic diversity with its scarps and volcanoes, lakes, ancient granitic hills, flat desert landscapes, and coral reefs and islets. The astounding view, as you approach from Nairobi, Kenya is quite unbelievable. You will also spot the Mt Longonot from a distance.
Mara River
You will be on arrival at the camp, check-in at your camp, and proceed for an afternoon game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with a good time for resting at Lenchada Tourist Camp.

Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. If you are lucky, you will spot the big 5 and witness the wildebeest migration. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty. There are lots of resident hippos and crocodiles situated at the banks of the Mara River.

Early morning breakfast then checkout . After this, you have an option of visiting the nearby Maasai village for a cultural tour at an extra cost of USD 20 Thereafter commence the drive back to Nairobi. Lunch will be served on the way at a travellers motel. On arrival, you will be dropped in the city centre or hotel within the city centre.

Maasai have long employed a “green” approach to land management. Lion-hunting is a traditional—but no longer practiced—Maasai rite of passage. In decades past, young Maasai men proved themselves as warriors (moran) with the ritual killing of a lion—either single-handedly or in a group, and using only their iron spears as weapons. 5.002 days safari full of wonderful experiences! We have done several safaris in different countries, but this one was by far the most impressive. Zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, giraffe, elephant, lion, cheetah, meerkat, various birds, hippopotamus, crocodile, monkey, ... all with you:) Our driver Samuel picked us up in Nairobi & was by our side for 3 days. He was very accommodating and polite, speaks good German/English and always knew exactly where to find which animals. The group consisted of 4 on the first day, 6 participants on the second day, which was a good fit in the spacious off-road vehicle. We slept in small cabins just outside the gates of the Masai Mara Reserve. Hot water available, the food typical African and decidedly good. A recommendation from the heart! Important to know, bring enough drinking water yourself!

5.00Our safari in the Masai Mara was simply unforgettable! From start to finish we loved everything. The organization was excellent and we felt very well looked after throughout. We would like to pay special praise to our guide Samuel. He was really great! With his great knowledge of the animals and nature, he explained everything to us very extensively and excitingly. You could tell how much he loved his job. He also had an incredible eye for spotting animals – without him we would certainly have missed a lot. Thanks to Samuel, every ride became a special experience. We were able to see so many animals and learned an incredible amount about the Masai Mara at the same time. This safari was definitely a highlight of our trip and we can only recommend it!

5.00Our guide, Samuel, was excellent and very knowledgeable, with great language skills. We saw many animals, including lions, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, and hippos. Although the accommodation was in tents, they were clean and comfortable, with a private shower and toilet. The jeep was also very comfortable, which made the safari even more enjoyable. ガイドのSamuelは語学が堪能で素敵なガイドでした。 ライオン、キリン、シマウマ、ハイエナ、カバなどたくさんの動物を見ることが出来ました。 宿はテントですがシャワーとトイレは付いています。 Jeepの乗り心地も快適でした。

5.00Samuel was a great guide. we gained great impressions. the safari exceeded all our expectations. the close proximity and diversity to all animals could not be better. Samuel addressed each guest and passed on his explanations in both English and German. He knew the Maasai Mara very well and spared no effort to show us the animals and drove as close as possible. Remembered is the elephant group with small ones we had right in front of us. the lioness who ate a zebra or the cuddling lion couple and the imposing buffalo herds not to mention leopard, crocodile and lots of hippos.
