  We did a tour with Peter to Masai Mara, Navaisha, Nakuru, and Amboseli. Peter is a brilliant guide - he knows the parks thoroughly and is a great jeep driver. We saw a huge range of animals, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and rhinos (basically all of the 'big 5'), as well as lots of different bird species. Peter is hugely knowledgeable about all the wildlife, and enthusiastic to share his knowledge and answer questions. I got a bit of food poisoning halfway through the trip, and Peter was attentive and accommodating, making extra stops and taking us to a pharmacy, which was a real help. All in all, we would highly recommend Peter as a safari tour guide - he will do all he can to give you a fantastic experience.

  My wife, her mom, and I did an 8-day safari with Peter including Ambroseli, Lakes Naivasha and Nakuru, and Masai Mara. Although 8 days of mostly game drives was probably too much (our own mis-judgement at no fault of Great Wing Safaris), Peter made it a stress-free trip of a lifetime. Peter is a very experienced guide who seems to have the maps of all the parks downloaded in his brain. We managed to see every animal we hoped to including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, hippos, crocodiles, and many more!   An unbelievable experience !! A once in a life time. We were able to see Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, leopard, Giraffes, zebras, wild beast, gazelles, antelopes … With Peter and his Landcruiser 70 series it is an absolute delight. He has been doing this for 15 years and it was so evident. His knowledge of the vehicle and Masai mara both are so good that you enjoy every bit of the trip !! We were able to see a pride hunting a buffalo, a cheetah eating a small gazelle.. Wild life at its Raw best. Do plan a trip. It’s worth every penny !!

  Peter was an amazing guide when we did our 3day Mara trip. He went above and beyond to show us all the Big 5, got packed lunch for us after the balloon ride and also showed us beautiful sunsets. Looking forward to visiting Mara with Peter as our guide. Would highly recommend traveling with Peter on your next trip!

  Peter absolutely killed it as our guide in Masai Mara during August 2025! He was super patient and clearly has a ton of passion for what he does. What really stood out was that he took us to *several regions of the Mara* - which is super rare! Thanks to Peter's expertise, we were able to spot *all of the Big 5* - an experience that wouldn't have been possible without him! If you're planning a trip to Masai Mara, Peter is hands-down one of the best guides you can get! He'll make sure you have an unforgettable safari experience.

  Recommendation for Peter, guide in Kenya If you're looking for an exceptional guide for your safari in Kenya, I can't recommend Peter highly enough. He is a kind-hearted person, with a deep respect for his clients, the wildlife and the other guides. At every stop on the savannah, it was clear that he was respected and appreciated by his peers, which speaks volumes for his professionalism and integrity. What really sets Peter apart is his respectful approach to animals. He knows exactly how to keep the ideal distance to observe them without disturbing them, and has an in-depth knowledge of their behavior. Thanks to him, every encounter becomes a true immersion in nature, without ever compromising the well-being of the species being observed. It was an honor to have Peter as our guide and driver. If you want to experience an authentic and ethical safari, I strongly encourage you to call on him. What's more, he is as amazed as we are when we observe these savannah animals.
