Moremi Game Reserve

Day 1 Welcome to Moremi Game Safari Rise and shine, we set off for our Moremi adventure between 0530 - 0600 hoping to get there by 0800am. We want to set up camp early and explore as much of the surroundings as we can. We will head to our campsite, have tea and rusks then set off our Moremi drive, we will take time to explore the park and see what we can find in the early morning. We will break off for a light lunch after our journey to Moremi and make some rounds in search of some animals, passing through lagoons and pools along the river channels as well as flat plains. We will then make our way back late afternoon to as we reflect on our sightings at camp. Upon arrival, we will freshen up and thereafter do camp activities this ranges from traditional cooking master classes to traditional games to learning how to do things the traditional way. You will be treated to a hot shower in the privacy of your en-suite tent and proceed to enjoy your campfire dinner.

On this day we will have a hearty breakfast and then set off on our amazing exciting Moremi adventure. Moremi is filled with amazing wildlife and we will set off early in order to catch the early birds as they rise. We will head out to the boating station for a 2-hour boating experience to just make our afternoon even more exciting. Hoping to spot animals on the way. Upon arrival, we will freshen up and thereafter do camp activities depending on timing (this ranges from traditional cooking master classes. You will be treated to a hot shower in the privacy of your en-suite tent and proceed to enjoy your campfire dinner.

Moremi Game Reserve

Rise and shine to say goodbye to the most amazing landscapes with great memories to carry away. We will head out to access the renowned Moremi Game Reserve for some great game viewing. Moremi Game Reserve is home to one of the world’s great wildlife species making the area spectacular game viewing and bird watching, including all major naturally occurring herbivore and carnivore species in the region, and over 400 species of birds, many migratory and some endangered. Both Black and White Rhino, while rare to spot, have recently been re-introduced, now making the reserve a ‘Big Five’ destination. Upon return we will have your last brunch before relaxing in the camp, then setting off back to Maun. ETA is between 1500 & 1600PM.
