This is a package for a 3-day safari to Serengeti & Ngorongoro. Overnights will be at Lodge & Tented Camps. The accommodation will be in a self-contained rooms with hot shower. All meals will be included for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. The tour is available daily throughout a year. It will be a private safari with a minimum of 2 people per booking

Serengeti National Park
After short safari briefing we will head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa - the Serengeti National Park - with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti's species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, you descend into the crater; enjoy game drive in the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania's last remaining black rhino. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard. We will enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor. Late afternoon drive to back to Arusha

5.00After much searching for a safari in TZ., we contacted 'Best days safari' and from the first email contact to the last email, everything was perfect. We were staying on Zanzibar so needed transfers and flights, we were given private transfers from our hotel to the airport and return, flights from Zanzibar to and from Arusha, private transfers from Arusha airport to our overnight hotel stay in Arusha. We were told to be up, dressed and ready to leave for Tarangine National park at 7:30. At 7:30 our driver and guide was there waiting for us in the lobby. A very polite introduction from Jackson our guide and we were loaded up and off. The truck was very clean and comfortable. Jackson gave us an en-route commentary, pointing out numerous places of interest and and any local wildlife we came across. The drive to Tarangine was soon over and we entered the park. Within minutes Jackson had found and pointed out a Bushbuck and shortly after we came across Wildebeast and Zebra herds. After another few minutes Jackson had managed to spot a Giraffe that was laying on the ground sleeping ( if it wasn't for Jackson's keen eyes we probably would have missed it), during the rest of our day we managed to see quite a few elephants, lions, ostriches and loads of birdlife, the highlight being a pair of Lesser Kudu. Our first night was spent at Octagon lodge, a very comfortable, eco-friendly lodge. The food there was outstanding and plentiful. We used the bar in the evening for a cold beer or two, which were very reasonably priced. Next morning we were up early to gain an early entry into the Ngorongoro crater, it was well worth the effort! within minutes we were treated to a huge adult male lion, followed by Black rhino's, hippo's, wildebeast, Zebra, Gazelles, antelopes, hyeana's and lots of different bird species, all identified by Jackson for us. Breakfast was in the park, a pre-packed meal from the lodge. Then it was time for more wildlife!! after lunch and another drive it was time to return to Octagon lodge. A shower and another wonderful evening meal was followed by a lovely evening chatting with Jackson. Day 3 saw us packing our luggage into the back of the truck and a short drive the Lake Manyara national park for a fantastic day seeing Baboons and other primates, lions, elephants, giraffes, numerous birds species, hippos, gazelles, antelopes and more. It was then back to Arusha airport for our flight back to Zanzibar. We have used numerous guides and guide companies in various places around the world, but 'Best days safari' were probably the best we have used, they certainly live up to their name. If you do decide to book with them, ask for Jackson, you won't regret it, he is such a polite, knowledgeable, approachable and funny guy, he's a real credit to Best days.

Everything from the hospitality of our guide Isaac to the communication with the amazing Yuna we couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The tour was very special and all the accommodation and accompanying amnesties were exceptional! Thank you!!

5.00A once in a lifetime experience!!! Me and my best friend had been dreaming about this for such a long time and our dreams truly came true. We are currently volunteering in Tanzania and this was the perfect weekend getaway to add to our trip. From the smooth organisation to the perfect safari. Our guide John was incredible- making us smile from ear to ear the whole time and ensuring we missed absolutely nothing. We managed to see the big 5 within a matter of hours of each other simply driving to our accommodation! We always stopped to get the best pictures possible and even was reversing up the road if we had past things. We added a hot air balloon experience to our trip and although I was feeling extremely nervous. I had nothing to fear the pilot and his team just made everything feel at ease and they finished it off with a delicious breakfast with giraffes literally roaming past us. To sum up this trip all I can say is if I could re live these moments again and again forever I would. Nothing will ever compare 🐆🦒🦛🐃🦓🦏

5.00We just finished a wonderful safari with our super guide Muro. It was an unforgettable experience. Impeccable organization at all times. Everything perfect and a special thanks to the Muro guide who welcomed us and accompanied us on this wonderful safari. With him we felt safe at all times and he made us discover every corner of the Serengeti and NgoroNgoro to see all the animals. I highly recommend the organization of BestDay Safaris. Thanks!!!

5.00We booked a safari with Best Day Safari, and we had an amazing experience. Xenia was always available on WhatsApp and made a perfect trip based on our request and budget. We drive for 3 days with Emmanuel, such an amazing guy, always smiling with strong knowledge of wild life and different parks. I will recommand Best Day Safari for sure, and if I need another Safari I will book with them one more time!

5.00The contact to Best Day Safaris was uncomplicated as they completely personalised my wishes while other companies were not ready to do so. The 5 day Safari was organised perfectly and we could just relax the nature and animals. Our Guide Jackson has 16 years of experience and you can see it in every detail. His knowledge about the animals and the national parks is great and he knows a lot about the country and its history and culture as he studied tourism and anthropology. But the most important: He is always in a good mood with us and his colleagues and lights up the national parks with his smile! Very authentic!

5.00Our first time on a Safari and in mainland Africa. The Bestday Safari Team were on point from start to finish. Excellent communication from Peter who organised everything and then a very warm and friendly welcome from our driver Freeman who picked us up and dropped us back to the airport. Our Safari guide John Massai, who we spent most of our days with, was amazing. His excellent knowledge of the animals, the land, the trees and plants, the people was brilliant. Any questions we had he could answer. Another very friendly and warm person who went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. The free “African massage” is a phrase we will never forget. Thank you to everyone at Bestday for such an amazing experience.

Our driver and Guide Morro was amazing and did everything possible to make us experience as much as possible.
