Labuan Bajo is a hidden paradise in eastern Indonesia. This village is located in Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, which directly borders West Nusa Tenggara and is separated by the Sape Strait. The reflection illuminates the entire room in the cave. This cave was discovered in 1951 by a Dutch archaeologist. Batu Cermin Cave was originally located at the bottom of the sea, but earthquake activity caused the cave to rise to a higher surface than the coast.

Explore Padar Island Padar Island is the third largest island in the Komodo National Park area, after Komodo Island and Rinca Island. This island is relatively closer to Rinca Island than to Komodo Island, which is separated by the Lintah Strait. Around this island there are also three or four small islands. Padar Island is also accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage site, because it is within the Komodo National Park area, along with Komodo Island, Rinca Island, and Gili Motang. Padar Island is not inhabited by Komodo dragons because the food chain is broken. The types of reptiles on Padar Island include gold ring snakes (Bioga Dendrophylla), monitor lizards, geckos and green snakes. The sea around the island has several popular locations for scuba diving and snorkeling.
Pink Beach
Pink Beach is one of the tourist spots that should not be missed when visiting Komodo National Park. This beach, which is on the north side of Padar Island, offers beautiful pink sand and expanse of blue sea. The pink color of the sand on this beach comes from a mixture of white sand grains and dead red coral. Here, the white sand feels soft when you hold.
Komodo Island
Komodo Island is also accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, because it is in the Komodo National Park area, together with Rinca Island, Padar Island and Gili Motang Komodo Island is known as the natural habitat of the Komodo dragon. On Komodo Island, Komodo dragons live and breed well. Until August 2009, on this island there were around 1300 Komodo dragons. Added to other islands, such as Rinca Island and Gili Motang, their total number reaches around 2500 individuals. There are also around 100 Komodo dragons in the Wae Wuul Nature Reserve on the mainland of Flores Island but not included in the Komodo National Park area. Apart from Komodo dragons, this island also has exotic flora, a variety of Sepang wood which local residents use as medicine and clothing dye. This nitak tree or Sterculia oblongata is believed to be useful as medicine and its seeds are as tasty and delicious as peas.
Taka Makassar Island
Taka Makassar is a tiny island in Komodo National Park. It has a peculiar shape of a drop, with white sand mixed with pink sand. This perfect sandbar, with a size smaller than a football field, has clear blue waters. It only comes up during the time when the seawater is receding. Meanwhile, when the sea level rises, it will submerge underwater. This island is located very close to Manta Point, the favorite place for Manta Rays to gather, with shallow water area but a very strong current. The famous Taka Makassar is known as the longest reef in the Komodo National Park.
