  Our trip to the Maasai Mara National Reserve with Singe Tours & Travel was, without exaggeration, one of the most extraordinary travel experiences my wife and I have ever had. Outstanding Service from the Very First Moment First and foremost, I must highlight Agnes, the owner of the company. From our very first message, her communication was simply outstanding. She responded to every single question extremely fast, always promptly, clearly, and professionally. She supported us in every possible way and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. You immediately feel that you are dealing with someone who truly cares about her clients. Nelson – Our Guide, Driver & Now a Friend On the day our tour started, Nelson — our driver and guide — picked us up from the hotel with a great smile, warm attitude, and total professionalism. From that moment on, we knew we were in excellent hands. The drive to Maasai Mara had the usual Nairobi traffic at first, but Nelson proved to be an exceptional and reliable driver (which, as visitors quickly notice, is not something to take for granted in Nairobi). He made incredible efforts to find alternative routes and avoid traffic where possible. Throughout the journey, we had fascinating discussions about Kenya’s history, culture, natural beauty, wildlife, and the national park itself. His knowledge and passion for his country truly enriched our experience. Safari Beyond Expectations Once we reached the park, we immediately began an incredible game drive. We spotted numerous animals from very close distances — it was probably one of the best safari experiences we have ever had. As if that wasn’t enough, Singe Tours surprised us with a beautiful present — a safari hat for each of us. Such a thoughtful and elegant gesture! In the evening, we stayed at Zebra Royal Lodge, located inside the reserve. The lodge was absolutely amazing. The only sad part was that we stayed just one night — we truly wished we had booked more days. The staff at the lodge were incredibly welcoming, kind, professional, and humble. The food was marvelous, and the rooms were enormous and beautifully designed. We genuinely loved our stay there. Hot Air Balloon – A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience The next morning, we headed for a hot air balloon safari — and what an experience that was! I highly recommend everyone to do this at least once in their lifetime. Floating above the breathtaking Maasai Mara landscape while spotting wildlife from the air was unforgettable. We saw giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, impalas, and even a pride of 16 lions from above. Seeing these majestic animals in the early morning light from the sky is something words can barely describe. After landing, we enjoyed another game drive followed by a magical bush breakfast next to giraffes! The food and service were fantastic. We even received a certificate and a video to remember this unique experience — such a beautiful touch. Culture & Connection Later, we visited an authentic Maasai village, which was a truly unique cultural experience. It gave us a deeper understanding of the traditions, lifestyle, and strength of this incredible community. Beyond Service – Genuine Care After our safari, Nelson drove us back to Nairobi, first to our hotel to collect our luggage and then to the airport. Unfortunately, due to the war in Iran, our flight was canceled. What deeply touched us was Nelson’s genuine care afterward. He continued checking on us, asking how we were and how the situation was developing. That level of thoughtfulness goes far beyond professional duty — it reflects the heart and kindness of the Kenyan people. Final Thoughts This trip was not just about wildlife — it was about hospitality, authenticity, professionalism, and human connection. I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to book with Singe Tours & Travel and experience the breathtaking beauty of Kenya and the extraordinary warmth of its people.   My husband and I had the most amazing time at Masai Mara thanks to Singe tours! The price for 2 was worth everything that came with the Safari package. Scheduling our itinerary, hotel, and transportation was a smooth process. Our drivers and tour guide were the best! Thank you so much again!

  Our group of six colleagues had an unforgettable safari adventure in the Masai Mara, all thanks to Singe Travel. From the moment we began planning, Agnes was absolutely exceptional—responsive, attentive, and incredibly helpful in tailoring the perfect itinerary for our group. Her professionalism and care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Once on the ground, our guide Ken brought the magic to life. His deep knowledge of the wildlife and landscape, paired with his fun and engaging personality, made every moment memorable. On Day 1, we got up close with the Big Four—an exhilarating start to our journey! We had a private tour, which gave us the flexibility and intimacy we were hoping for.   We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon than with Singe Tours. The thought and care put into the daily trips, along with how friendly the staff were and how kind and knowledgeable our guide Wilson was, made our safari truly unforgettable. We caught the big 5 over the first two days, and Wilson was always on the radio with the other guides finding more incredible animals on the road for us to see. The food and accomodation were excellent and we came away from the experience with full hearts and full camera rolls! 5/5 stars, would give more if I could.

  Start to finish this holiday was PERFECT! Simon helped to plan our trip - two nights at Zebra Hills Camp in Masai Mara and one night at Lake Nakuru in Sarova Lodge. We were met at our (on airport) hotel in Nairobi by Simon & Agnes and met our FANTASTIC guide Duncan. We were then joined by our daughter and headed to the Masai Mara. It was a long & at times bumpy ride but the scenery is amazing - the mist cleared in time for our first glimpse of the Rift Valley. A couple of comfort stops along the way proving very clean! Zebra Hills Camp was FIRST CLASS with a very friendly welcome and a lovely team of staff whose attentiveness and desire to please was remarkable. We had our first safari that afternoon, followed by a day long safari the next day : we saw ALL the animals and had close encounters with lions, cheetahs, hyaenas, hippos, a leopard, zebras, giraffes, elephants, all manner of antelopes, beautiful birds, baboons, mongoose, warthogs, crocodiles, amongst others! Duncan was quite extraordinary - so knowledgeable and clever at spotting things long before we did! We always felt safe and he was a confident and polite driver. We drove to Lake Nakuru on the third day and enjoyed seeing so many fantastic birds as we drove around the Lake towards our hotel with a further safari in the afternoon where we "visited" Tanzania! Again, Duncan's encyclopaedic wildlife knowledge & ability to identify creatures at a distance was second to none : colobus monkeys, black-faced velvet monkeys, more baboons! and especially the birds in and around the lake. Our last day travelling back to Nairobi provided an extra surprise when we came across a rhino just as we were leaving the park! Our brief visit to Kenya has provided inspiration for us to return and we will definitely use Singe Tours and hope that Duncan will once again be our guide.   A Kenyan owned safari company, this tour group came recommended multiple times to us when we decided to book a safari. And with good reason! Quality service; Agnes and George were easy to work with when booking, were warm and professional and met us at our hotel on our first day. Everything was taken care of. Vehicle was spacious and clean and fit our family of seven. The real gem and reason our trip was so amazing was our driver and guide, George. Request George! You will not regret it. Your guide is with you most of your Safari experience, so you want it to be someone who is enjoyable to be around. This is George. All our kids fought every drive to be co pilot with George! A safari guide for over twenty years, his knowledge and love of the wildlife is apparent in all the drives we went on. Even other guides we passed by would ask him questions. He is that good! George is kind, patient (which is huge when driving around with five kids all day) and so funny. Every Safari drive was a joy, and we saw pretty much every animal on the list, what more could you ask for? Truly a trip to remember.
