• Unforgettable Vietnam Experience – Sapa & Halong Bay Perfectly Organized

  We had an amazing experience exploring Vietnam with our tour guide! From Sapa to Halong Bay, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations. The transportation was extremely comfortable, making the longer journeys relaxing and enjoyable. The planning of the entire trip was spot on — every detail was well thought out, allowing us to fully enjoy each destination without any stress. Our guide provided excellent service throughout the trip, with clear and friendly communication at all times. We always felt well taken care of and informed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

  Ha Long Bay was magical and easy to do in the one night schedule. The staff on the boat and food on the boat were both excellent. We had 01 suite and it is large and very comfortable. There was some issue with our pick up limo to Ninh Binh, however thanks to the staff at Ha Long Bay they sorted it out and we were pickup with another group of tourists and delivered to our hotel in Ninh Binh. Ninh Binh hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. Our tour guide picked us up with the rest of a group we were just meeting and a completely different group from the Ha Long Bay boat. This was an amazing day. We were driven to a restaurant that was the drop off point for the “optional bike ride”. To really get the full experience of this day the bike ride is the best option. My husband did the bike and said it was fantastic scenery and the 1st King temple. I could not ride the bike so my options were to hire a Vietnamese motorcycle driver or stay on the bus for a 5 minute drive. I chose the bus ride which was fine but I did miss out. Out of our group of approximately 12 people I was the only one that did not ride the bike. Then a walking tour of a Temple with great history from our tour guide. Then back on the bus for a short drive to a 2 hour bamboo boat ride through 4 caves and magical scenery. ( the inland Ha Long). We were 4 people and a one Vietnamese rower. This was a fabulous experience not to be missed. Then another short drive to climb 600+ stairs to a temple and dragon on the top of a mountain with incredible views. The stairs are different heights and are easy enough to go up if you take your time and a bit difficult on the knees coming down. We are both 72 yrs old and hike a lot. Then a walk out into the rice fields below for great pictures. Then back on the bus for 2 hrs back to our Hotel in Hanoi. I would highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide on the 3rd day was great!   Overall good experience. Organization is very professional. Meals were superb, I enjoyed the kayaking experience. The "exploration of the cave" experience was a bit disappointing. Evening entertainment on the cruise could be better - its self directed by guests which was a let down

  Our experience was far exceeded with this cruise! There were so many fun things to do and the views are like no other! Admission fee was well priced considering everything that was offered on the trip! Back in Canada the price for something like this would be tripled. The atmosphere and crowd size was perfect not too little not too big. If you wanted to mingle with people you could and if you simply wanted to relax with your spouse and hang out you could. The tour guide on the first day to Ninh binh was so informative about the culture and land marks in Vietnam, funny, and spoke really good English. His name was key hope you get to meet him. The staff on the boat was amazing as well. so helpful so respectful and really brought life and energy to our days with them. Will definitely be coming back! Sofia from Azotar travels was amazing. She helped us out so much from day one. Checked in to make sure our transfer to hotels went smoothly. I forgot my cellphone charger at the hotel in Ninh binh, the lovely lady Van at the Lotus hotel contacted Sofia right away and had my charger sent to my next hotel in Hanoi which is a two hour drive. Could not thank them enough for that. Sofia also provided us with a shuttle to the airport at the end of our trip.   The three day trip was amazing! We would definitely choose a longer duration in the future and will for sure be back. The cruise was very reasonably priced especially with all that was included. The staff was so excellent from our first day tour guide to the hotel stay in Ninh Binh and the cruise! Everyone was so friendly and definitely made our trip to extra special. Sofia from Azotar Travel was lovely to work with. She kept us informed on all the activities and was checking to make sure we were having a good and had everything we needed. She even arranged for our transportation to the airport at the end of our trip, really going above and beyond. If you’re thinking of doing any activities you cannot go wrong with Azotar Travel! The group size was excellent, room to mingle and meet new friends or participate in solo activities or opt out. The atmosphere everywhere was beautiful from the scenery to the hotel rooms.   Excellent experience in Ha Long Bay thanks to Sofia who is very attentive, accommodating and helpful. I recommend 3 days 2 nights on a 5* boat in Ha Long Bay

  It was an amazing trip and we really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was taking care of by Sofia. The hotel, cruise, taxi/bus drivers. The communication was very good. I would highly recommend booking this trip!

  We went through Sofia de Azotar for some activities like the Halong Bay organization and Cu Chi tunnels and we were very satisfied. Always very quick answer to our questions. Everything was well planned. I have only good words for Azotar Travel.

  We were very well looked after by the agent Sofia... Originally we had booked through GetYourGuide and that didn't work even though we were given a firm commitment... Sofia then managed everything for us excellently! That was great! Without them, we would have had a problem!

  This is a combination of a sightseeing and 1 night stay on a 18 bedroom cruise on HaLong Bay. The 2nd night we stayed at a 4-star hotel at Ninh Binh and also had an entire day doing tours here. Ha Long Bay was amazing. All the islands on top of the water. Boat was good and the room was big. Food was not the best though. There were some onboard activities and onshore excursion as well. Ninh Bing was very rural. A lot of farms. But the river bamboo boat ride was unbelievable. Went into a few caves on that boat. Then we did the mountain hike of 500 steps. Gorgeous view up on top but well worth the hike. We then had the last tour at a temple of an Vietnamese Emperor. Quite the history. We choose this tour without realizing that we will be living in a 4-star hotel, which was very nice. A few of our new friends were dropped off, with surprised faces, at homesteads or lake side rooms which might appeal to some but not us. Too much mosquitoes. You actually get what you pay for so don't bother looking for something cheap. Have fun in Vietnam.
