This 3 Days thrilling vacation invites you to a wildlife safari in Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest protected area, home to more than 73 animal species, including buffaloes, leopards, lions, and elephants, 3/4 of the world’s population of Rothschild giraffes plus a healthy population of herbivores.
Enjoy the views of these magnificent falls where the River Nile forces its way through a gorge in the rocks and tumbles 43m below flowing westwards into Lake Albert.
Some of the best wildlife viewings are done on boat cruise by viewing Squacco herons, hippos, Elephants, Antelopes, and more.

Murchison Falls National Park
On your arrival in the morning hours (between 6 am and 7 am), Kubwa Five Safaris representative with your name printed on an A4 paper will welcome you to Uganda at Entebbe airport then driven across several districts to Murchison Falls National Park. A stopover will be made at Karuma Falls where you will either have lunch on your way to to Murchison Falls National Park or at your hotel. Check-in at your hotel, then move out for you an evening game drive to spot lions, buffalos, waterbucks, Rothschild's giraffe, oribi, baboons, antelopes, leopards, and various bird species. Dinner and overnight at Parkside Safari Lodge
Karuma
Karuma Falls are greatly considered as one of the key tourism attraction due to the fact that is it is strategically located at the base of the Victoria Albertine and it became famous when the first explorer called John Speke passed through Karuma falls when he was trying to tress the source of the river Nile which is the longest river in the world flowing southwards in Sudan.

Murchison Falls National Park
After an early breakfast, set off with packed lunch for a morning game drive on the Northern Delta Nile. Lions, buffalos, waterbucks, Jackson’s hartebeest, Rothschild’s giraffe, oribi, and baboons are some of the animals to expect. Other activities in this game drive include bird watching, and sightseeing across the open savannah dotted woodland and riverine vegetation along the Nile and Albert delta. After the game drive, you will embark (between 2 and 5pm) on a three hour boat cruise on the Nile. This boat cruise offers an amazing view of the falls from the bottom angle. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the river. You will hike from the bottom of the falls to the top of Murchison Falls where the Nile forces its way through a gorge in the rocks and tumbles 43m below flowing westwards into Lake Albert. We will then check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Parkside Safari Lodge.

The mighty River Nile flows through the park creating a powerful phenomenon at the Kabalega Falls. Enjoy the views of these magnificent falls where the Nile forces its way through a gorge in the rocks and tumbles 43m below flowing westwards into Lake Albert.

After your breakfast, you embark on our journey back to Kampala. You will arrive in Kampala in the late afternoon for a transfer to Entebbe for your return flight home.

Kampala was famously built on seven hills. Today’s capital of Uganda now sprawls haphazardly over more than 20 hills and is still expanding rapidly. Kampala is dotted with colorful markets, including the frenetic Nakasero Market at the foot of Nakasero Hill, which sells fresh produce from eggs and chickens, to fish, halal meats, and all kinds of vivid vegetables, tubers, and fruit. Also try Kampala’s legendary Rolex – not a Swiss timepiece, but a popular street food combining an egg omelet and vegetables wrapped in a chapatti (flat, round bread made without yeast). A little further west, Owino Market sells all manner of goods from food and spices to pots, pans, and secondhand clothes. For typical Ugandan souvenirs such as wood carvings, woven barkcloth mats and pots, decorated gourds, musical instruments, leather and sisal (a strong white fiber) baskets and textiles, head to the Uganda Arts & Crafts Village behind the National Theatre on Buganda Road.

5.00I booked the 3 days tour to Murchision Falls National Park. It was definitely a breathtaking journey. Joel was not only a professional guide but treat me as a friend. I really had a great time in Uganda. The safaris was amazing and top of Murchision falls was breathtaking. Boat cruise was definitely a must in Uganda. I saw a lot of wild animals. Thanks to Kubwa Five Safaris for arranging such an amazing tour

5.00Our trip was truly an incredible experience for our family, that we will never forget. All of our needs were catered for and we got to see and experience everything we wanted to. We had many highlights on our journey including the visit to the Rhino Sanctuary and the boat ride along the Nile. Overall a memorable and enjoyable 3 days.

5.00We had a fantastic time. The team from kubwa were extremely professional and really kind and caring. All the activities were on time but they were also flexible depending on our needs. The sights were breathtaking, they ensured that we saw all we needed to see and took plenty of pictures. What a perfect way to kick off my year. My only regret was that we didn't book more days 😂. Thank you for a lovely experience, Kubwa safaris .

5.00Entering the van and listening to Afrobeats was a great first impression. I confirmed that we made the right choice and that what was to come would be unforgettable thanks to an excellent guide named Silas. Always caring for us and answering our many curious questions, we immersed ourselves in nature and were able to observe and adore elephants, buffalos, giraffes, rhinos, hippos and a wide variety of birds among other animals. We also visited the Murchison Falls, a breathtaking place and take a boat trip on the river Nile. In short, a wonderful few days to discover, connect, find peace and tranquility. Very grateful for the great service provided by the human team of Kubwa Five Safaris.

5.00Three days and we made memories that will last a lifetime—it’s hard to put into words the magic and excitement that define this wonderful trip. Our guide, Silas, was a gem of a gentleman, a fantastic driver, a knowledgeable and interesting guide who always knew how to answer our many questions. From day 1 we were in capable hands with one of the sweetest and kindest young men I have had the privilege to meet and spend time with. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we saw what we most wanted to see and tirelessly explained so much to us about the African wildlife, Ugandan culture, and so much more. We now feel we have a special friend in Uganda—Silas has a special place in our hearts! I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the excellent communication we had the entire time with the company and our guide. This is an organization that cares about the people they are working with, and I highly recommend them! Loved this trip so much!

It was an ideal adventure, filled with stunning scenery, the Big 5, and nature unlike anything we would ever seen. The meals on our safari were great, and our guide was knowledgeable and helpful with our questions, in fact he never got tired of our questions. The rooms were pristine, and the bathrooms and showers were of excellent quality.

The food was excellent, and the lodges had excellent customer care, meals were great. Thanks to Kubwa Five Safaris for making our vacation memorable.

4.00I went on the 3-day safari in Murchison Falls National Park with Kubwa Safaris with two friends. It was an awesome experience for all of us. The vehicle had a pop-up roof, which I highly recommend for doing safaris. We had a morning game drive, evening game drive, visit to the Murchison Falls and a walk between the White Rhinos in the Ziwa Sanctuary. For us, that was the best way of spending our 3 spare days in Uganda. I can really recommend Murchison Falls NP because of its wide variety of animals!

5.00Various cat species were observed such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Apart of the big cats, we also saw animals. The most unforgettable experience was seeing a leopard chase an antelope. The guide had a high level of enthusiasm and a willingness to accommodate our needs, ensuring that we had the most comprehensive safari experience available. He ensured our sense of safety for the entirety of the safari and accommodated our requests to stop the vehicle for the purpose of capturing photographs.
