Comprehensive trip and a great way to see everything. Guide had a relatively good command of English, was courteous, and was flexible with some of our requests. Gave us ample time in some spots but some spots felt rushed (like Uyuni Salt Flats) -- we were so focused on the group photoshoot that we didn't have enough free time. We had ample food -- though there was one meal where the guide forgot to tell us that we should have left him some food. We ended up finishing it (to avoid wasting food), only to find out that the guide should have been included in the count for our meal. Accommodations for the first night was OK but second night was pretty basic. Hot water was also very limited on the second night, thought given the remoteness it was understandable. But they told us all to shower immediately upon arriving at the hotel, which 8 people all at once really killed the water pressure. Would suggest spacing out the showering. After dinner I checked and there still was hot water and water pressure was MUCH better. Biggest complaint would be trying to pay through their website. Kept having issues. Firstly tried doing a 20% down payment, to be told the site only worked if you pay in full. Then tried paying in full with multiple USA credit cards, to be told credit cards from USA, Canada, Russia and China don't work on the website. So had to pay in cash. If you pay in USD they were worth face value, but if you pay in Bolivian BOB then it was a conversion of 9.5 but current rate online was 6.9. So beware of that.

This tour was not as described and we have received a 50% refund as a result of it. There were 10 people in our group and between us we had booked through 3 different providers, 4 though viator and were disappointed. The rest through cheaper sites with more basic itinaries who got more than they paid for. This company are selling multiple itinaries and then putting everyone on the same tour. To top it off, the staff on Whatsapp and in the office are VERY rude.

Great way to get from Bolivia to Chile. The tour was well organised with good vehicles and a well informed guide. The accomodation was better than expected with a private en-suite room each night. The food at the second hotel could have been better but understandable given they don’t have a fridge. Unfortunately there was some confusion at the second day lunch spot about which toilets could be used by guests. We were not informed that the toilets inside the restaurant (which were free) apparently should not have been used and we should have used the ones outside that you have to pay for (of course!). This resulted in our guide shouting at some members of our group to get of the toilets and banging on the toilet doors which was wholly unprofessional and could have been handled a lot more appropriately. This was a shame as the rest of the tour was good. I’d suggest maybe changing the second day lunch spot to somewhere more welcoming as the owner of this place was very rude throughout the stop, or at a minimum ensuring clear information is given around which areas can be used.

Cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Our guide Jualberto was wonderful, and ran the tour very professionally. We were blown away by how many amazing sights we visited in the 2.5 day itinerary. The food was great, and accommodation, whilst basic, was clean and comfortable.

This tour is phenomenal, if you’re visiting it’s a must do! My driver was only a young lad but he was so friendly and great at his job I wanted to mention him here and also the guide (and other driver) was extremely friendly. The tour itself is so much fun everyday you see so much. The food and drinks was also a real treat and a surprise given the distance of the tour. I loved this trip, it might have been one of my favorites ever!

The itinerary corresponds to the tour description. It was kept exactly at the indicated stops, so you saw a lot in the 3 days. Our guide Eduardo gave a lot of information at the stops. It would have been nice if the 4-5 requests to stop briefly for a photo had been answered. Unfortunately our driver Alex did not speak English so there was no real communication. Alex drove very carefully for this, so you felt safe. You often couldn't open the window. However, I do not know if the car did not work properly or if the window lock was activated. On the positive side we were surprised that we each had a private room with bathroom for the 2 nights (+ hot shower). The vegetarian version was discussed during the meal and there was always enough delicious food. Communication with the office in advance unfortunately did not work at all, as emails and requests via Viator app were not responded to. I.e. it is best to stop by the office on arrival in Uyuni so that you are well prepared for the tour.
