1.0Never advised by the Tour Operator or by Viator that this tour was not for Cruise travelers. It’s a 2 hour drive ($200 AU dlls Uber each way) and was advertised as a Tour while in Hobart. The day before, when looking for the meeting point I found that was very far from the port. The ship was cleared at 9:15 am there was no way to reach in time. Also I sent a message he day before to the Operator and never answered my msg. Very bad attention and kindness by them. They charged me and didn’t accept any refund, I accept I was late, but the lack of information should make a resin for canceling Viator, please advise Cruise travelers that this tour is not for them.

5.0Wonderful experience from start to finish, I would definitely recommend this 3 hour cruise to everyone. The staff at check-in were friendly and the two staff members onboard (Ben & Dana) were amazing. This was the highlight of my long weekend stay on Bruny island.

5.0Amazing experience, the views were incredible. We saw a whale, dolphins and lots of seals. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
