Booked this tour last minute with 6 family members. Our guide Tucker was great, very knowledgeable about the area and pointed out many points of interest to us. Beautiful scenery, and the Totem park was very interesting. Lots to see and our tour was easy to customize since we were a small group. Highly recommend and we wish Tucker all the best he was a great guide.

What an experience! Light hiking and the most beautiful scenery ever. Our guide was way into the culture and very knowledgeable. Gotta do it. Ask for Jeff. He knows what he is doing.

Our guide, Kevin was very honest and knowledgeable! He answered all our questions throughly. I would consider this a must do when in Ketchikan! This was one of our favorite things from my husband’s and my trip to Alaska. We even had a bear encounter and Kevin kept us all very safe. Kevin was also very respectful at the totem park. In addition, Kevin took great photos of my husband and I so we’ll have this memory forever.

The trail we hiked was a a good example of a temperate rainforest. The waterfall was especially impressive (missed seeing a bear too).

The best experience with Kevin! We met Kevin outside of the cruise port in Ketchikan (a little confusion with the meeting place because of Viator's error in their description of the meeting place... No fault of our wonderful tour guide)! Kevin drove us to Tongass National Forest where we hiked the beautiful forest there and saw so many incredible trees, and Kevin described so much as we walked along this amazing area! The trail is so well marked, a little difficult for folks who don't walk well, but absolutely gorgeous for those who love nature. Our weather yesterday was outstanding also! After the walk, we had delicious cookies and bottled water and then headed to the Potlatch Totem pole museum and site Just amazing!!! Loved every minute of this wonderful experience!! Thanks so much, Kevin!!

This was one of the best tours that we have taken in Alaska. Our tour guide, Kevin, was extremely pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the Ketchikan area and its history, as well as the various plants and animals encountered during the rain forest portion of the tour. At the totem park that we visited, Kevin was able to explain and decipher the imagery of the carvings decorating the clan house and the totems. It was a small group, 3 couples, though the van would probably hold a dozen people. I would highly recommend this tour, and Wild Wolf Tours in general, to anyone visiting Ketchikan. One final note, our ship was 3 hours late arriving in Ketchikan, and They were very flexible in accommodating our delayed arrival. Kudos all around. Well Done!!!

Tucker was amazing! He was especially thoughtful to know when low tide was going to be there so we could see all of the starfish and shells on the beach. The rainforest and all the water coming off the glacier was beautiful. The first nation information in totem poles were amazing that people lived in such a beautiful environment that could be so harsh. Learn so much and have a great time.
