• A Great Night of Fun and Investigating

  This was such a fun experience. We were fortunate in that we had a very small group. This allowed for much less interference from others when hunting. It also allowed for much more time with the professionals. Micah and Courtney are a blast. They provide more equipment than I could have imagined, even bringing out some new things they just started using. What I loved was how they took the time to explain each piece of equipment, then equipped you, gave you a historical tour of the theatre and then let you go investigate on your own. They were readily available if you needed new batteries, wanted to try something different and to come in and get things going for you. They even spent an extra 45 minutes with us, as things really started to kick-off. Highlight of the night was the REM pod going off when we promised a dance party of it did. Needless to say, we all started dancing. I cannot wait to return to Savannah and meet up with Micah and Courtney again. Highly recommend.

  Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and funny!! This by far is the best ghost investigation in Savannah. You are given great tools to do your hunt and are given so much time to do it! Highly recommend!!

  This is an absolute must-do in Savannah for anyone interested in the paranormal or even just the rich history of the theater. Courtney and Micha do an incredible job, starting with the theater’s history and sharing the tragic events that contribute to its active energy today. You’re provided with all the tools you could want to investigate, whether on your own or with others. Courtney and Micha are always nearby to guide and support you, while still giving you the space to explore independently—which really adds to the experience. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this tour to anyone, no matter their level of interest in the paranormal or the history of the Savannah Theatre. Great job, y’all!

  This was incredible!! 3 hours went by way too fast!! The knowledge of the two that led the hunt was beyond impressive! They provided us with all the tools and explained how to use them all. The activity in the theater was off the charts for us!! It was by far the best ghost tour out of all the ones we have done! We can’t wait to come back and do it again!

  This is a do not miss experience! Courtney and Miccah were outstanding operators. The history of the theater was very informative. Lots of activity all around the premises.

  We recently did the paranormal investigation at the Savannah Theatre and it ended up being one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Investigating inside a theater that dates back to the early 1800s, after hours with the lights down, creates an atmosphere you simply can’t replicate anywhere else. Micah and Courtney were outstanding guides. They clearly know the theater and its stories inside and out, and they did a great job explaining the equipment and letting everyone actually participate instead of just watching. It never felt like a scripted ghost tour — they made it feel like a genuine investigation. What really stood out though was the atmosphere they created. Instead of feeling like a group of strangers on a tour, the whole experience felt more like spending the evening with friends who were excited to share a place they truly love. That kind of energy makes the entire night more immersive and memorable. There were definitely a few moments during the investigation that made everyone stop and glance at each other — the kind of moments where the room suddenly gets very quiet and you’re not quite sure what just happened. Let’s just say by the end of the night some of us were no longer skeptics. If you’re visiting Savannah and want something genuinely unique, this is absolutely worth doing. Huge thanks again to Micah and Courtney for such a fun and memorable night — we’re still talking about it.

  This was a great tour. Even if you’re a skeptic, having the theater to yourself at night to tour alone is worth the money. The hosts are awesome. They do a great job at explaining all the equipment and history before turning you free. They are also there to help you if you have questions. We definitely had some weird things happening on our tour. We would definitely do this again.

  We had an awesome time! Courtney and Micah are so wonderful. They are knowledgeable and really love what they do. They love sharing these experiences with people. We will definitely be back and we will be bringing our boys with us. Can’t wait!

  Definitely a must do experience in Savannah! Micah is great, this is the third tour I’ve done with him and it’s always a great time. They give you everything you need and teach you how to use it.

  My husband and I loved this place! The owners do a fantastic job explaining the theatre’s history and how to use the equipment. It was so awesome hearing and seeing the paranormal activities, actually speaking to them and being able to hear their responses. Amazing experience! When you visit Savannah don’t miss out here, book this tour!
