Our tours go beyond storytelling —Join Ghost Coast Paranormal as they host the Historic Savannah Theatres nightly investigations. Guests are armed with authentic ghost hunting equipment, including EMF detectors, spirit boxes, REM Pods, 8K Night Vision Cameras, and MUCH more allowing you to engage directly with the supernatural world. Incredible experience. The hosts knowledge of the The Savanah Theatre itself was worth the price alone . The Theatre and its reputation, is what it is, for very good reason. The tragedy and resurrection multiple times over in this location has left very strong energies and spirits making this a must do for any paranormal enthusiasts. There are no guarantees of paranormal experience anywhere, but the Savanah Theatre is as close as you can get. Amazing.

Micah and Courtney were amazing. My husband and I had toured the theater a few years ago and we loved hearing more of the history and seeing the new equipment. It’s clear they love what they do! They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They recommended other things to do in the city for the rest of our stay, and made sure every one in our larger group got any questions they may have had answered. We will definitely be back! We definitely had some interaction in Ben’s stairwell and different areas seemed to have activity throughout the night. As they say they can’t promise activity, which is appreciated, but in the times we have been here if you check out a couple of the areas you are likely to find something! I can not recommend them enough!

Definitely worth the money! We had a lot of activity and the equipment they gave us was clean, up-to-date, and exciting to use. Courtney and Micah were great with giving the history of the theater, stories of the spirits there, and debunking things. Such a great experience, I definitely recommend it!

This first-time paranormal investigation was incredible. Micah and his staff took us through the experience without rushing us, even when we got close to the witching hour. My boys and I would love to do it again.

This was our 3rd ghost investigation and I wish we could go back again. It by far exceeded our expectations. The owners were passionate, friendly and cool AF. I have nothing bad to say and we hope to go back again. Honestly we had contact at each of our experiences but this one was hands down the most productive and active. E&N

This was a lifelong dream come true for my husband and I. Micah and Cortney were absolutely AMAZING people. We had the best time honestly, we were given a rundown of the equipment and then we were able to go off on our own to investigate. We had some really cool things to happen while we were there, I wish I had recorded more with my cell phone. By the end of the night we felt like we had for sure made friends for life with Micah and Courtney. We talked about them visiting where we live in North Ga and taking them around to see our haunted areas here. I cannot wait!

This was my favorite experience I've had in Savannah. Courtney and Micah were so knowledgeable and just amazing to do this with. We had many amazing experiences. Learning about the gear and the history of the theatre was very cool. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Courtney and Micah are awesome!!

Micah and Courtney are the real deal. What a neat experience we had getting to play with their equipment and do a real life investigation. If you are even just remotely interested in anything paranormal, this is the tour for you!
