You will receive a text the day before the tour with your exact pick-up time. Pick-up times typically range between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. • Pick-up times may change due to traffic, weather, or operational needs. • Provide a valid phone number and be ready 5 minutes early at the front entrance of your pick-up location. • If you do not answer or are not present when contacted, the guide will continue the tour. • Beach Pick-Up: If you miss the return meeting point at the beach, the guide will continue back to San Juan. Any extra transportation is at your expense. • Children 5 and under are not allowed on the tour or the bus. • Buses do not have car seats and cannot accommodate them. • A waiver will be texted to you. All participants must read and sign it before boarding. Notify us 24 hours prior if you do not agree. • The Rainforest tour is challenging, and moderate fitness is required. • You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces. • The guide may deny participation for safety reasons. • Follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour (non-refundable). • We reserve the right of admission. • No alcohol, no smoking, and no coolers on the bus. • Only one small carry-on bag per person (no large luggage). • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. • Life vests provided and required for Rainforest and Beach portions. • Cotton socks are required for the Rainforest (worn together with water shoes or hiking shoes). They offer better traction on mossy rocks. • Closed-toe shoes recommended; no flip-flops in the Rainforest. • Tour operates rain or shine. • Weather may require route adjustments. • Participants join the tour at their own risk. • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. • Late arrivals = no-show (non-refundable). • Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities not included. • Not wheelchair accessible. • Service animals allowed. • Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy. • Maximum of 19 travelers.

3.00We found the hike and waterfall a bit tame. It was not as much of a guided tour as we expected more information to be share about the history and the ecology of the rain forest. The driver and guide were very friendly. Loquillo beach is a great final stop.

5.00The rainforest portion was excellent! We enjoyed the water slides and seeing the waterfalls. Jorge was a fabulous tour guide! It’s an overall great tour to take in these three sites in one tour.

5.00Jasmine was our tour guide….the absolute BEST! She was friendly, professional and made the entire trip fun and stress free. Everything was well organized. She was very informative about Old San Juan and gave us many fun facts. I recommend that you take socks and sunscreen for the rainforest. Two natural water slides there. Really cool! The beach is beautiful but does not have seating options so we had to sit on our towels. Overall I’ll give it 10/10. BOOK NOW - you won’t be disappointed! Hope this helps! Safe travels 🇵🇷

5.00This was well worth the money.... allowed us to knock out 3 adventures in 1 full day of activities within 8 hrs.. plus once we got to the beach we were able to do jetskis which was also something we would have e to do another day. The jetskis were actually $40 cheaper as well at Fortura beach than the other beaches.. win win 🏆 🙌 also our tour guide Gabriel, was the best with the island vibes music playing for 8 hours. He was very knowledgeable and expressed alot of comedic humor during our excursions.

5.00This tour was thrilling, fun and exhilarating the. Jasmine was our tour guide accompanied by the bus driver Ralphy. I booked this excursion for my nieces and nephews (I’m 42 and they are in their 25/26). We stayed in Carolina and we were picked up 5 minutes away at the Embassy Suits by Hilton. We parked for free outside the hotel very low key side street. Jasmine was on time exactly at 8AM. Shortly after we picked up the rest of the people that were with us. This was quick and easy everyone was on time. The stops in Old San Juan were interesting and educational. We then proceeded to the Frutera Stop where we were able to get snacks, food and souvenirs. This tour requires socks for the river so if you forget to bring a pair you can certainly buy some here. We had an ample amount of time to buy our snacks eat and use the restroom before heading to Las Pailas Waterslide. The waterslide was super fun. It’s important to emphasize that Jasmine and Ralphy were very, very cautious helping everyone navigate through the forrest. This activity is a bit rigorous since it’s going through rocks which could be wet, slippery, and muddy. Jasmine and Ralphy focused on everyone’s safety and at no point did or my crew feel anxious. We then proceeded to Luquillo by the beach area where there were many restaurants, bars and stores to buy souvenirs. We were dropped off at the restaurant Edelweiss kiosk #38. My group and I wanted to stay here because they had a happy hour of 6 medallas for $18, however, they turned us away because we were not eating. This to me was horrible considering that the restaurant was empty. I did go next door to El Almendro Pinchos and they definitely took care of me! The 32onz mojitos were only $15 and were made with real passion fruit juice and premium liquor like Bacardi. I am definitely coming back here!!! Overall, this tour was amazing with Jasmine and Ralphy. Definitely appreciate them being safe at all time, courteous, mindful and very respectful! We made sure to tip them well for the great service they provided. 3 in 1 day tour was definitely worth it! Don’t forget water shoes and socks bathing suits and comfortable shorts! Travel light too! You could leave your stuff on the bus which was safe! BOOK WITH JASMINE AND RALPHY! They are awesome!

Guide was excellent in everything, personable, communication, and fun. It was a pleasure being part of this trip!
