  Exhilarating experience! Great way to see the Harbour. Our pilot Isaac made us feel secure with his safety checks. Highly recommend. Great value and easy access. One of our party had limited mobility and the crew really made him feel welcome. Thank you.

• Great and unforgettable experience. I will do it again when I return to Sydney.

  I went on a Harbour Jet speed boat ride with my two kids, and it was absolutely amazing! Isaac was our boat driver and he did a fantastic job. The ride was thrilling, fun, and exciting — he even managed to do 7 spins in total, which we all loved. Despite the adrenaline and speed, we felt safe at all times. The kids had a blast and so did I. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely do it again. Highly recommended!

  Very nice, well organised and simple process. Boat ride was fun, and the day weather was helpful as well . It can get a little cold on the sea though, so Ponchos given were helpful. The Crew member Issac ( the driver) was very well trained, and ensured that we had the best time with the high powered high speed boat. He was very particular in informing through clear hand signals whenever he was about to give the boat a spin, or when the boat would sway. And checked back on safety and health of all passengers few times. We would definitely do the speed boat ride again sometime soon.

  Fantastic experience - seeing the city from the water, all of the highlights are incredible views - the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and Cockatoo Island were so close. The white water thrills were wonderful. Isaac is an amazing driver, he kept our safety at the forefront of his driving, and gave us spin after spin at high speeds on the water. We laughed, we squealed and we were in awe of the Harbour. Absolutely brilliant experience.

  I booked this experience for my family. All they could sing were high praises. My mom who is 58 y/o said she would do it AGAIN!!. My husband, who thought it would be just a lazy boat ride, came out of the experience with a smile from ear to ear!!

  I was very nervous because I don’t ride roller coasters or anything else. However after speaking to a girl at the counter before signing up for the ride I felt a little bit more comfortable. During the ride I enjoyed more and more the tricks. At the end I was yelling for more 360 degree Spins. Whoohoo, let’s do it. But, keep in mind the ponchos do not keep you dry.

  Appalling customer service, refusing my daughters' entry onto the boat, saying she wasn't 'tall enough'. This completely stuffed us around, as we'd already paid in advance, and planned our whole day around it, shortening our Hop-on-hop-off bus ride and catching an Uber across town. The subject of a child's height was not mentioned on the online booking form, and I have since gone back and taken screenshots, to re-verify. The tour director was completely inflexible, and I have since asked the company for a refund, only to have it declined. What's more, the meeting point on the website "241-249 Sussex Street" or to say "Near Nick's restaurant" is altogether still insufficient information for a tourist to catch an Uber, and figure out how to get there. I caught an uber to 241 Sussex street, but it was still not clear enough where to walk from there. I had to ring the company, and the girl that answered didn't speak clearly enough, spoke way too quickly, rattling off her long exotic name, and didn't give me a clear indication that I'd dialed the right number. She should've answered with something simple like "Jet Boat! How can I help you?". Altogether, an appalling experience. I am very upset and angry.

  This was by far one of the best things we did on our recent trip to Sydney. It was not only exhilarating but you also got to see some wonderful sights along the Sydney Harbour including the Opera House & Bridge etc. Our kids absolutely loved it. Got quite wet but that just added to the experience.

  We loved seeing all of Sydney Harbor and enjoyed the ride. The saltwater did make it hard to see so maybe offer scuba googles for the people in back. Also bring something to clean your glasses.
