  Although I am a Hamburger myself, it was great to experience the city in this way. The explanations were great and also humorous. The introduction was detailed and everything was mega friendly. So, always happy

  The Go Karts were a lot of fun! But when booking through trip advisor, it doesn't allow one to select the time for the tour and therefore to select whether you want the tour that's in English versus German. The hosts were gracious, but you may want to email/call to ask to get the right tour

  With a street legal go-kart on the open road. Super cool of course! It is, it is. But do realize that you are driving on public roads and that you must not cause any inconvenience or danger to other traffic. The result is that the organization, quite rightly, pays very close attention to this. If you do, the tour is over, and there will be no further driving. This was almost the case with our group. One of the riders was anxious because the go-kart feels like it can always break out. He doesn't, but he sometimes pulls through track formation on the road surface. As a result, there was always a gap in the group, which is absolutely not allowed by the organization due to safety considerations. A warning was given for this which then feels wry. Fortunately, there was some leniency. We also saw quite little of Hamburg. Also through no fault of the organization, but this was because all access roads to Hamburg were blocked, with the result that you would only be stuck in traffic. We thought this was very unfortunate, but there was nothing to do. All in all a nice experience, but we found the ratio price with what you get just a little too skewed. Because we are not a German resident we had to pay €20pp for insurance. Something that is neatly mentioned in the description. In total so tight €1000 has cost for 8 people. Drinks along the way were paid for at the end. This should be inclusive for me. Also since, for example, the cola came from a bottle, but was charged €3 per glass. In the end, there was a Schnapps included. The organization speaks poor English, but just enough to make itself understood. All in all definitely a nice experience, but for us just not worth the money.

  The trip was excellent. We were supposed to be picked up at Hittfeld, but the train stopped at the wrong station. They came and picked us up at the other station which was super great! The tour was fun and I felt save all the times. Thanks again for the nice adventure.

  This Karting experience is a must for the confident driver and who like to feel the wind in your hair. It’s not for the feint hearted as you drive on regular roads in the suburbs and the city centre of Hamburg. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone, it’s very professionally organised and run by a husband and wife team or are very accommodating and friendly. If I come back to Hamburg in the future, I will definitely be doing it again.

  After a very bad communication in advance we arrived at the adres. We saw they only had 2 bookingen for the drive (me and my friend). From the minute we arrived they started looking for excuses not to drive and not to reimburse. For example before you start they say that the not included costs are obligatory then after finding another excuse, they kept focussing on it so i could not drive. They told my friend he could drive alone but this was just so they wouldn't have to reimburse. We were looking forward too it but we had to reschedule the whole morning because of bad communication. We regret not taking another Company.

  Great Trip. Alot more then we expected. Karts are fast, see alot of the ports and a going over the high Bridge was great. The time flew by. Very nice People running it.

  This is already the second tour with Heiser and we did it with friends to end the year. Great tour 👍 also over the Köhlbrand Bridge. This time, however, 2 Dutch guys had to continue on foot because they kept saying they were on a go-kart track. The guide reacted really well. After the two of them spun around, it was over for them and we had a lot of fun. The guide stayed with us all for an extra 30 minutes. Top 6 stars plus. Keep up the good work. Super safe and still a lot of fun. Top speed was almost 100

  Very fun and exciting. Guides are excellent. A great way to see a new city. Good tour and felt perfectly safe. Would go again.
