The Citadel
The Amman Citadel is a historical site at the center of downtown Amman, the capital of Jordan. The L-shaped hill is one of the seven hills that originally made up Amman. Evidence of occupation since the pottery Neolithic period has been found and the hill was fortified during the Bronze Age.
Roman Theatre
Amman's Roman Theatre is a 6,000-seat, 2nd-century Roman theatre. A famous landmark in the Jordanian capital, it dates back to the Roman period when the city was known as Philadelphia.
Jerash Ruins
Jerash is a city in Jordan, north of the capital Amman. Inhabited since the Bronze Age, it’s known for the ruins of the walled Greco-Roman settlement of Gerasa just outside the modern city. These include the 2nd-century Hadrian’s Arch, the Corinthian columns of the Temple of Artemis and the huge Forum’s oval colonnade. The Jerash Archaeological Museum displays artifacts excavated from the site.
Ajloun Castle
Ajloun Castle, is a 12th-century Muslim castle situated in northwestern Jordan. It is placed on a hilltop belonging to the Mount Ajloun district, also known as Jabal 'Auf after a Bedouin tribe which had captured the area in the 12th century.

Mount Nebo
Mount Nebo is a sacred site overlooking the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Jerusalem. According to tradition, it is where Prophet Moses stood to view the Promised Land before his death. Today, visitors can admire its panoramic views, ancient mosaics, and the Memorial Church of Moses, making it one of Jordan’s most spiritual and scenic landmarks.
Dana Nature Reserve
Dana Nature Reserve is Jordan’s largest protected area, renowned for its dramatic cliffs, sandstone mountains, and deep valleys. Spanning four distinct ecosystems, it’s home to rare wildlife, ancient villages, and breathtaking hiking trails. Visitors can enjoy stunning views, guided treks, and a peaceful escape into nature’s beauty, making Dana a true gem for eco-tourism and adventure lovers.
Shobak Castle
Shobak Castle, also known as Montreal Castle, is a 12th-century Crusader fortress perched on a rugged hilltop in southern Jordan. Built by King Baldwin I of Jerusalem, it once guarded vital trade routes through the region. Visitors can explore its ancient towers, secret passages, and panoramic views of the surrounding desert, offering a fascinating glimpse into Jordan’s medieval history.

Petra
Petra is a famous archaeological site in Jordan's southwestern desert. Dating to around 300 B.C., it was the capital of the Nabatean Kingdom. Accessed via a narrow canyon called Al Siq, it contains tombs and temples carved into pink sandstone cliffs, earning its nickname, the "Rose City." Perhaps its most famous structure is 45m-high Al Khazneh, a temple with an ornate, Greek-style facade, and known as The Treasury.
Wadi Rum
Moving afternoon toward Wadi Rum and spend the night in a Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum (You won’t imagine or believe that the desert can be so beautiful till you see it with your eyes) - take a jeep tour at Wadi Rum with the Bedouins on their cars / truck for two hours - this is the minimum reconmended activity at Wadi Rum

Aqaba
Aqaba is a Jordanian port city on the Red Sea's Gulf of Aqaba. Inhabited since 4000 B.C., it's home to the Islamic-era Aqaba Fort. Its beach resorts are popular for windsurfing and other water sports, and the area is a top destination for scuba divers, with notable dive sites including the Yamanieh coral reef in the Aqaba Marine Park, south of the city.
Dead Sea Region
The Dead Sea is the lowest point on Earth, located between Jordan and Israel. Famous for its dense, mineral-rich waters, it allows visitors to effortlessly float on the surface. The area’s black mud is prized for its therapeutic and skincare benefits, while the surrounding desert views and warm climate make the Dead Sea a unique destination for relaxation and natural wellness.

5.00I had an incredible 4-day private tour in Jordan as a solo female traveler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was well organized, smooth, and stress-free. My driver and guide, Mohammad, was truly outstanding. He was professional, respectful, kind, and very knowledgeable about Jordan’s history, culture, and local life. He always made sure I felt safe and comfortable, never rushed me, and was very attentive to my needs throughout the trip. Traveling alone as a woman, safety was very important to me, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. Mohammad was not only a great guide but also a reliable and considerate companion on the road. He shared interesting stories, answered all my questions patiently, and was always happy to help with photos, recommendations, and local insights. The itinerary was well planned, the drives were comfortable, and I truly got to enjoy Jordan at my own pace. This trip exceeded my expectations and became a very meaningful and memorable journey for me. I highly recommend this private tour — especially for solo female travelers. 5.00We had one of the greatest experiences in Jordan thanks to our driver Mohammad! He was very prompt in pick up and took us to many places not included in the itinerary like all the churches around Jerash and introducing us to the steam train in the Wadi Rum area. We wish we could’ve stayed longer as 4 days is not enough to see all of Jordan! Thank you very much!! ♡

3.00Fly from London via Royal Jordanian Air. Stayed 2 nights in Amman ,1 night in Wadi Musa,1 night in Wadi Rum & 1 night Amman. Hired driver with car. Sightseeing around Amman was good but didn't cover all as we had left on the driver-Big Mistake. Petra was great except for flies bussing around donkeys & horses poo. Wadi Rum was okay but nothing to shout about. Jeep safari was fine but unlucky with sunset due to hazy sky. Dead Sea at Ho Beach not worth it as staircase rusty, one shower two flight up only working. Toilets had no loo rolls or anything to dry hands. We were taken here by driver as he said that he had special rates 20JD but everyone paid same. There are other hotels near by 25JD and provide everything -Crown Plaza Resort eg & have showers on beach and mud baths too. Includes lunch,towel& lockers. Taking to most people along the trip- hiring and driving yourself is best option. Book your hotels and carry a guide book and Sat Nav on your phone.
Will tour with them again!!!

5.00Everything was so easy to book, the staff is very flexible very professional responding and create great itineraries. The tour it self was perfect but what made it more enjoyable was our tour guide Ja'far. I highly recommend him and choose him as he is very professional, knowledgeable, charismatic, and will adapt to your wants and needs with out a problem. This 4 day tour will allow you to meet see pretty much the whole country, and you drive 3 hours across the border with Palestine. Every site was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone! Thank you again Ja'far y hasta mañana amigo!

5.00I never take the time to write a review because I am never really impressed. Jordan Private Tours changed my mind! I was blown away by their flexibility to change things and their quick response, not to mention they allowed us to customize our private tour and their friendliness! My husband and I travelled to Jordan in late April 2021 and had Ja’far Iskek as our guide and driver throughout our visit. We visited Amman, Jarash, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. Throughout, Ja'far provided great insight into the history of the areas and took care of us. He also provided cold water bottles in the car and not to mention WIFI in the car as well. Visiting Joran was definitely a trip of a lifetime! We will cherish our memories forever! Thank you so much for the hospitality. I highly recommend Jordan Private Tours and Ja'far Iskek! Thanks!

5.00Our tour with Murad was great. He gave us valuable advice and took us to local restaurants and stores, was very flexible with our schedule changes, and was great to talk to. The places themselves are incredible and the benefit of the private tour is that you can go early and have them all to yourselves. Highly recommend this tour and have no complains!

4.00We got to see amazing sites, Wadi Rum, Petra, Jerash and Dana nature reserve in particular. Staying a night in Wadi Rum is a must. Our driver was able to suggest good alternative stops. We would have liked to get more proactive information from the driver but to be fair we knew he wouldn't be a 'guide'. We were also brought to 2 or 3 expensive places (food on 1st day, dead sea beach) which we felt would have been awkward to ask to go somewhere different, so it would have had a choice and know how much they cost before going in.

5.00We can't say enough about this amazing tour and our guide Ahmad! Ahmad kept us entertained on the drives between sites with great conversations about Jordanian history, culture, folklore, even Arabic language lessons! He literally went the extra mile at the end of the tour when he picked up our daughter at U of Jordan before dropping us off at our hotel. The tour was arranged to give sufficient time at each site, although we easily could have spent two full days in Petra. The overnight accommodations were clean and comfortable. Wadi Rum and the Bedouin camp was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Ahmad and JPTT!

5.00We booked and were excited about our trip to Amman and Petra. Little did we know it was going to exceed our expectations. Jordan Private Tours were outstanding. Our tour guide Khaled (Mr Wonderful) ensured that we saw everything with plenty of time to meander. We felt extremely safe and Khaled was great company too. Words cannot describe the grandeur of Amman or Petra. The awe inspiring ruins. We feel truly blessed to have been on this tour. Great company to travel with. 11/10
