The Bund (Wai Tan)
Meet up your friendly private guide at your hotel in the morning, afternoon or evening, and have a short discussion with your guide for your things to do list. Then hop-on the comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to start your exciting 4-hour journey. You can either following the sample itinerary or going with your own customized one. Typically, you will visit The Bund, see the amazing city landmarks along the Huangpu river such as pearl TV Tower, shanghai tower and world financial center. Stroll down the river and have a close look of the old colonial buildings.

5.00Guide was super knowledgeable and took really great care of us!! The driver picked us up from our hotel on the outskirts and we got to enjoy some Shanghai style dumplings at the end of the tour 😊

5.00Our guide, Cindy, was delightful and quite willing to be flexible in our activities. I requested a stop at a mahjong store and that turned out to be a highlight of the day for me! Our driver was a mahj teacher! We felt the day was enhanced by having a car so we could see much more of the city and still feel like we got in a lot of walking. I would highly recommend.

5.00Great experience for my first time in Shanghai. Alyssa was an amazing tour guide! She was super knowledgeable and shared a ton of history. Great storytelling and commentary while visiting a number of beautiful places including the Bund, Yu Garden, Jade Buddha temple and more. We even had a delicious lunch of dumplings, noodle soup, and spring rolls. It was the perfect way to experience Shanghai on my free day off from work. The tour itinerary is flexible. I went with their recommendations since it was my first trip to Shanghai. Highly recommend this tour and Alyssa!

5.00Charlie was an absolute gem, super great guide, and just a genuinely humble and nice man. The Wu Gardens and the Bund were on the itinerary, but we had already seen both of them, so Alana, the woman behind the scenes, suggested a few other options based on our interests. Charlie was very knowledgeable about every place we visited. The driver was also kind and drove very safely … unlike an earlier Taxi ride :-) in the city. So, once again, Viator delivered and Charlie met every expectation we had of him!
