A local guide will show you all of the highlights of Acadia National Park plus the famous Somes Sound and Asticou Gardens!
We will pick you up and we’ll drive along the stunning 27-mile long Park Loop Road up to the summit of Cadillac Mountain, the highest peak on the eastern seaboard. From Cadillac you can see spectacular views of Bar Harbor and the surrounding islands.
See all of the famous sites on the Park Loop Road, including Cadillac Mountain, Rockefeller’s stone bridges & Carriage House, Otter Cliffs, Thunder Hole, and Sieur du Monts Gardens and Nature Center. See Sand Beach surrounded by the famous pink granite coastline.
We will continue out of the park to see the summer colony of Northeast Harbor and stroll through the famous Asticou Gardens. See gorgeous harbors, yachts and picnic boats.
We can stop and stay as long as you would like at each location. We will point out trailheads and carriage roads to explore on your own.

5.00Caleb was awesome. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a snafu with scheduling the incorrect date/time. He was accommodating and scheduled us later in the day after his first tour. We saw everything we wanted to see and got us back to the ship in time. Recommend this tour and especially the guide highly!!

5.00Our tour guide Kathy made the tour very worthwhile. She is very knowledgeable regarding not only Acadia but the Bar Harbor area. She made us feel very comfortable asking questions. The four hours was a perfect amount of time to get a good snapshot of the park and the Bar Harbor area. I would highly recommend the tour and Kathy. I also appreciated her attention to detail and being picked up at our motel.
