The first destination of our visit to the city will be the Place d'Armes, a historic place in Oran which has for years brought together the people of Oran around a fountain, in fact this place connects many districts of the city and is often the place where cultural and popular events are organized. At this place, you will be able to see the regional theater of Oran and appreciate its beautiful architecture and also you will be right in front of the town hall which houses the statues of the two lions at the origin of the name Wahran (Oran in Arabic ).

1.00I flew to Oran to specifically take the "4-Hour Private Tour in Oran by Car and With Snacks." That was the only reason I went to Oran. When I arrived at the airport, I contacted the Tour Guide. Initially, he told me that their was a mix-up in the date of the reservation. He said that the reservation was for April. I told him that that was not true. I had my confirmation and the tour was for May. He then changed his story and said that he was double booked. He was taking another group on a tour that was booked through a competing on-line tour group. He told me that he would refund my tour fee. He did. I then told him that that was not enough and that I would be getting in touch with Viator. I want my plane fare to Oran reimbursed, too. As I said, I flew to Oran in the morning of the tour. I was then to take the tour and then fly back to Algiers. I had no other reason to go to Oran. I wish for someone at Viator to contact me to discuss the reimbursement of my airfare to Oran. I can be reached at +1 (405) 585-7307 or at [email protected]. After I told the Tour Guide that I was going to be asking for a reimbursement for my airfare, he suggested that I book the tour AGAIN and he would send his wife as the Tour Guide. No thank you. I booked it once and it did not occur. I spent the ENTIRE DAY at the Oran Airport - simply waiting for my return flight to Algiers. What an absolute utter disappointment. Please contact me.
