1.00I had received a booking confirmation/ticket from Viator, and the money had been charged to my credit card. However, nobody showed up to pick me up - and when I tried calling the contact number provided on the Viator ticket (as well as sending WhatsApp messages), nobody responded. It wasn't until more than 7 hours later that I received a WhatsApp that they were "unable to receive [my] calls as customer service was closed". At that time, they did apologize and offered to provide the services the next day - however, that kind of defeated the purpose (as I had booked an airport pick-up with a stopover tour).

5.00Yesterday Saturday, October 5th we went on the Blue Vein tour with the Alice tours team and had an excellent time 100% recommended was wonderful and the service very good
