5.00The operator and owner was super in every way. First, I was late to the pickup point due to the traffic, so he waited for me. Secondly, I got turned around and went to the wrong corner so when I called him he said stay put I will come to you. The van was clean, modern, and he had cold water on a warm day. He was patient and engaging. Well worth the money I paid. He even took pictures of our family. All the sites were the most sought after in DC. and he was very knowledgeable of DC history. Wonderful start to a great 4 day vacation!

5.00Ken provided great information for each of the monuments and memorials visited. He has good historical knowledge. My niece and I were lucky enough to be the only people booked for the tour, so it was a private tour. Ken gave us a bonus site visit as a result of us being back to the van before the scheduled departure time. It was an extremely hot day and the van was fully air conditioned and he had ice cold water available. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this tour.

5.00Ken was very patient and understanding considering there were people with physical limitations in our party. He was very kind and the knowledge of all the monuments and attractions is very detailed and precise. In addition, he got us to and from safely and we were able to experience everything listed in the excursion.
