These bats are different, they don't life in a cave, and you can see them flying around.
Mount Batur
In this tour we have the volcano in sight the whole time as we cross the frozen black lava, go through the black sands area, across to Caldera Point where you'll see Mount Batur, Mount Abang, Mount Agung, Lake Batur, the Indian Ocean, and across to Lombok, where on a non cloudy day you can see Mount Rinjani in the distance. After here we go to the Kintamani Bats on a cliff. These bats don't hide in a cave, even though there are caves close by; this means you'll be able to see the bats close up. Literally millions of them.

5.00From the time we booked this tour to the day we did the great tour, the communication and updates are excellent. Our tour guide Sadu was very informative about the places we visited. Overall a great tour that is stress free 4X4 private tour to Mount Batur. Highly recommend company and Sadu!

5.00My family and I were in Bali in Dec 2024 and we had an enjoyable time at Mount Batur and our tour guides Mr Sadi and Mr Agus provided excellent service at Mount Batur. Mr Santi also provided excellent service in fetching us from the hotel to Mount Batur. We would like to thank Mr Russ for organing the tour and thank Mr Sadu, Mr Santi and Mr Agus for their excellent service. The weather was also excellent. We enjoyed watching the beautiful mountain scenery and the larvae. The tour included a temple where we could view the temple constructed from the larvae. We also viewed bats during the tour. As part of the tour we were provided with mineral water and a pair of sunglasses that were useful. We would recommend this tour as it is educational.

5.00Super friendly and helpful tour guide they took incredible pictures and videos as well. They are also very skilled driver, very accommodating. The 4x4 are also in good condition. A member of our group went on a hike and she couldn’t make it to the top so one of their teammate have escort her back down with care! Absolutely recommended.
