After breakfast, the tour departs between 08:30 - 09:00. After breakfast your private guide will pick you up and your private safari with private 4x4 safari vehicle starts. The first park visited is Tarangire where you will arrive at the lodge for lunch and will enjoy an afternoon game drive. The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors to the park in the June to November dry season can expect to see large herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest and cape buffalo. Other common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik dik, impala, eland, Grant's gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include African lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog.

After a nice breakfast in the Lodge, our drivers will pick you up at 8:30 - 9:00 am with the picnic lunch heading directly to Manyara National Park for an extended game drive. Lake Manyara National Park is known for the flamingos that inhabit the lake. During the wet season they inhabit the edges of the lake in flocks of thousands but they are not so present during the dry season. Leopards, East African lions, cheetahs, elephants, blue monkeys, dik-dik, gazelles, hippopotamus, Masai giraffe, impala, zebras and many more wild animals inhabit this park and many can be seen throughout the year. There is a hippo pond at one end of the park where visitors can get out of their cars and observe from a safe distance. The leopards and lions are both known to lounge in the trees while not hunting for prey.

After breakfast, you depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park.

An early morning coffee, tea and biscuit for refreshment, then proceed with lunch boxes for early morning game drive between 08:00 - 14:30 hours. Then after, we will depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area while enjoying a game drive en route viewing along the way to where you will have dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast of coffee, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here. Later on, will follow the transfer back to Arusha city for drop off in your hotel

5.00Pick up at the hotel was very easy and the driver was super nice. OB met us at the hotel and answered all questions we had and told us what to pack and what to expect. Charles was our guide and he was amazing. So informative and made sure we saw everything we possibility could have. Would highly recommend this tour! The food was delicious and the camping was fun and a good experience. The chef was so nice and so was the guy who put up the tents. We stayed at safari homes before and after our camping and the staff was very pleasant and nice. On the last day we had a different driver who was also super informative and nice. 5/5 from us!

5.00I booked a budget 5-day tour with Suricata Safaris. We explored Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. I had an amazing time, and everything was very well organized. The food was super delicious every day, and everything went safely and smoothly. Sleeping in camps inside the parks was also an adventure. Before the trip I was hesitant about wildlife at night, but it was totally safe, and it was actually very nice to hear the animals around at night. The tents were comfortable, and everything was provided, including the tent itself, a mat, a pillow, and a sleeping bag. I would highly recommend Suricata Safaris. They have very kind and professional guides and chefs who prepare delicious food. They gave me an unforgettable experience that I will remember forever. :-)

5.00A wonderful experience. Gerard was a fun and knowledgeable driver, and James kept us well fed with good food throughout. Especially great was seeing millions of wildebeest and zebra in the Serengeti, and Ngorongoro crater was a marvel, truly spectacular. We saw all the big five and most of them numerous times. The game drives were a comfortable length and camping in the wilderness made the trip even more special. Highly recommended.

4.00The experience is amazing because of the number of animals found. Sleeping in the camps allows you to be in touch with nature although you have to be prepared for few amenities in the bathrooms. Very good food and local. The guide, Felix, very attentive to our needs. As improvements I would propose more explanations, some wildlife guide or perhaps a micro pars that people in the last seats can hear

5.00I joined the group camping option for a 5-day safari and it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The itinerary covered Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, and each park had its own highlights. We saw an incredible amount of wildlife, including both the Big Five and the Ugly Five, which made every day exciting. The campsite was clean, organized, and well run. It’s not luxurious, but that’s exactly what you should expect with camping—it felt authentic and comfortable. Our guide, Melita, was outstanding: very experienced, knowledgeable, and always made sure we had the best possible sightings. From the first contact with the company to the very end of the trip, everything was smooth and professional. Overall, I’d give the whole experience 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine safari adventure in Tanzania.

5.00The safari was just amazing, no word for it, saw everything and more. Gerald, the Hawkeye, just spots every little animal from so far away that I’ve been questioning my eyesight ever since. He also has a lot of information, knows the species, answers all the questions and spices it up with just a right dose of funny. And Salim, thank you for all the amazing meals (soups were delicious), still cannot forget the salads (you owe me that dressing recipes!). I would definitely recommend this agency, organization was spot on, camps were just beautiful, and whole experience was wow.

5.00We had an amazing experience with Suricata Safari. Everything was really well organized. The hotel safari homes, where we stay for the firsr and last nights was amazing. The camps were fine and safe. Food was amazing (we had chef James with us). Our guide/driver Elias was also Nice and made us feel safe. I traveled with another female friend and we loved our experience with suricata. I recomendo to everybody!!

5.00This was a FANTASTIC safari with a FANTASTIC guide!!! Jared was the absolute best! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. So attentive and helpful. We saw the Big Five! We saw two leopards together… very unusual! We saw a pride of lions eating a zebra. We got close to many animals! This was an amazing trip from start to finish! We did the camping accommodation. It was comfortable and the food was really good. James and his trainee at Twiga camp were so sweet and welcoming. They made a wonderful variety of local foods. David was our guide for the last day at Lake Manyara. He was nice and attentive. We had a great last day to wrap up the 5 day trip. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!! I was in contact with them in the planning stages and they were so helpful and patient with all of my questions! Couldn’t imagine choosing a different company! Jared we already miss you and the rest of our safari crew!

5.00My girlfriend and I had an incredible five-day safari experience, and we truly couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the very beginning we felt completely safe, well taken care of, and confident that everything was perfectly organized. The itinerary was well planned, complete, and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of the safari. A special thank you goes to Daniel , who welcomed us right from the hotel and gave us a clear and helpful briefing about the entire safari and how everything would be organized. From the start, he made us feel comfortable and excited about the adventure ahead. Our driver and guide, Luther, was absolutely outstanding. He is a person with great knowledge, extremely professional, always available, and always with a warm smile. His passion and experience made every day even more interesting and enjoyable. And above all, a huge hug and compliments to Chef Abdul. He is a wonderful person and an amazing chef. The food was always fresh, delicious, and honestly even better than what we saw other groups having. Every meal felt special and prepared with care. This safari was not just a trip, but a truly memorable experience. We felt safe, relaxed, and amazed every single day. Everything was good, well organized, and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this experience to everyone. You will not be disappointed!
