Manu National Park

We start your tour with the pick up from the hotels, 4 hours from Cusco we arrive at the beginning of the Manu National Park where you can see the variety of ecological floors that distinguishes Manu and the enormous megadiversity of the area. You will pass through the mysterious cloud forest, orchids and wonderful cock of the rocks and animals that are in extinction. We go on walks in search of monkeys.

Very early we go by boat for 3 hours until we reach the community of Shintuya where we make a brief visit, a one-hour walk to the Shintuya waterfalls and on the way back we take a relaxing bath in thermo-medicinal waters. finally we return to the Paititi lodge by boat.

    An unforgettable experience, we have learned a lot from the Manu Reserve, its flora and fauna thanks to the advice of our guide José Medina (The teacher as the locals know him amicably), who has taught us first and foremost respect for flora and fauna and has answered perfectly all our questions.     Vilca has been excelent in all my experiences in the jungle of Manu. The biologist guide is the perfect guide to get inside of the remote area safely. The food they prepared and the logistics also were perfect. Highly recomended. I strongly recomend the 5 day trip into the Reserved zone.

    It was a very deep experience with nature in all its aspects as well as contact with an indigenous population that jealously guards its sacred places. I thank the very trained contact of the Wili Guide who instructed us on the most appropriate clothes, the animals and plants of the place and how to conduct us with the community and of course the great chef Eloy who made us enjoy the food of the place and Peru.

    Vilca has good facilities and infrastructure for the tours it takes, the accommodations and dining rooms were clean. The food was also delicious and plentiful, they also gave vegetarian options. The guide José was very attentive to everything we did and asked and we felt safe and informed. The administration is also very attentive.
