  I just finished an amazing 6-day trip in Jordan covering Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how smooth and enjoyable everything was. I was traveling with Ali Khater as our driver and Steve Sawalha as our tour guide, and both of them were absolutely outstanding. Ali is truly one of the best drivers you could ask for calm, careful, professional, and always on time. If we agreed to leave at 10:00 AM, he would already be waiting at 9:50. The car was always very clean, comfortable, and fresh, and he made every ride feel safe and smooth. He drove us all around the cities with great care, and bottled water was always prepared for us in the car, which was very thoughtful. During our trip to Wadi Rum, our luggage was also taken care of perfectly without any issues. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and knows Jordan very well. He gave us great advice on where to walk, how to negotiate, which spots are truly worth seeing, and how to experience each place like a local. He also helped us communicate with local people whenever needed and made everything feel easy and stress-free. His recommendations for local restaurants were excellent every place we tried was impressive and authentic. Both Ali and Steve were very informative, helpful, punctual, and professional throughout the entire trip. Thanks to them, this journey felt well-organized, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this team to anyone visiting Jordan.   From the moment we landed on the airport, Mr. Yusuf was there to assist us with all the procedures and it was the most hassle free experience for me. We were introduced to Mr. Emad, what a fun loving guy. He took us through the Jordan on a very super fun journey. Emad took us to the best restaurants for soulful Jordanian foods and he was so on time and up for every favor you ask him. Highly recommended to go with Sherazade Tours and Travel, Jordan. I look forward to come back again and explore again with these guys. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.🙌

  Booked our 5 days trip through Sherazade. Starting from immigration to traveling for 5 days was seamless and hassle free. Our tour guide Emad was very friendly, welcoming and flexible according to our schedule. He took us to local restaurants and shops due to which we had experience of real Jordanian cuisine. All 5 days were extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended to book Jordan trip with Sherazade travel and tourism.

  We landed in Amman on December 18, 2025 and booked a 5 day trip. Our tour guide, Ali Khater, was truly one of a kind. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, generous, and punctual. He ensured we visited all our destinations with the utmost ease and even gave us snacks and water out of the kindness of his heart. He also went out of his way to help my mother, who is unable to walk well, by pushing her wheelchair. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you so much for your unmatched hospitality and comforting presence.   Excellent willingness, treatment and willingness both at a distance via eMail from Nada, who with warmth and empathy adjusted the planning based on our travel yearnings; and from those who have received us in Jordan (punctual and prompt attention at the airport, friendly and attentive driver because we lack nothing, impeccable condition of the vehicle, comfort of both hotels) I certainly recommend the pleasant experience and do not miss knowing a country that exceeded my expectations :)

  Via a Google search “best tours in Jordan” - “Sherazade Travel & Tourism” was Top of the list and as well as being featured on the Viator app; presented a very informative and user friendly Website offering a number of itinerary options defined by the number of days you wished to tour Jordan. Via the website all of the itineraries are very clear, organised and cover all of the major landmarks you would wish to visit as well as notes accepting special requests and route changes along with advice. I decided to use the WhatsApp link to gain further advice and clarification regarding the tour options from a member of the Sherazade Travel & Tourism Team. Very quickly via WhatsApp I was replied by an excellent and clear, English speaking, friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable member of the team called Hayyan. Hayyan was able to answer all of my questions, offer addition and very much appreciated advice and put my mind at ease that I was speaking with a very credible, professional, organised, and fully establish Tour Company. Hayyan explained that to get the most from my time, his team would greet me at the airport, escort me through passport control, confirm I had the correct Visa on Arrival and deliver me to the hotel within my package and my tour would begin the following morning. Also my driver would be assigned to me for the entire trip and would guarantee I would see all of the itinerary along with other attractions or possible detours I may find or learn about along the way and of course on the final day of the tour deliver me back to the airport in time for my flight. Everything and I mean Everything is handled by the Sherazade Travel & Tourism Team. Your “All Inclusive” package includes. Airport greeting Escort through Passport Control Airport collection All Hotel Stays with Breakfast All Tickets and Passes to Sites Airport Delivery Hayyan was very clear, upfront and straightforward and offered a very reasonable price for my “5 Day All Inclusive Tour”. Upon my agreement I was issued a confirmation of my tour straight away. Up to my flight to Jordan, Hayyan was also considerate enough to keep in daily contact with me via WhatsApp, giving me updates regarding the staff member who would be greeting me at the airport and other information. Everything happened as Hayyan explained it would at the Airport and to the Delivery to my Hotel in Amman. My Driver Diaa was assigned to me for the full 5 Day Tour and was also an excellent and clear, English speaker along with being very friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. You will find with your tour a medium size, clean, reliable car. Controlled by a very safe, professional, confident driver. Both Hayyan and Diaa acted as concierge and were very quick to make sure I got the best rooms and services from all of the hotels I stayed at, assuring that feeling of VIP, nothing was too much for this team and they were always striving to go further than was contracted with there service. There are no catches, no short cuts, no hidden charges - only a great safe, enjoyable tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly as well as professional and passionate Team. You will find that Sherazade Travel & Tourism are a worthy complement to the monumental sites and wonders of the world that Jordan has to offer.   Review for Driver – Diaa We had a wonderful experience with Diaa, who drove us to Jordan Drip. He was punctual, polite, and very professional throughout the journey. His driving was smooth and safe, and she made sure we were comfortable at every step. Diaa also knew the routes well and maintained a friendly, pleasant attitude, which made the ride even better.

  For the agency, we gave an initial idea of travel and visits: we appreciated its responsiveness and suggestions regarding our concept. His kind representative on arrival at the airport saved us valuable time Emad Abed, our driver for some 9 days, drove us quickly, but cautiously from one point to the other of the program. The trip in a confortabl car took place in a very friendly state of mind: Emad is good advice and we have good exchange with him in good mood Thanks to the agency and its very good driver, we had a very successful holiday

  Just wanted to write a quick note on my experience with Sherzade. Hayyan was great upfront managing my bookings- and that included suggesting itineraries, making reservations and answering a million questions very patiently. Most importantly, he was very responsive. Ramy at meet & greet at the airport was very pleasant and efficient with helping us at immigration with our visas. We did a week plus private tour that covered amman, the dead sea, petra, wadi rum and aquaba. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. We are very particular on the quality and cleanliness of the vehicle- which was very well maintained and driven by Nader who was with us throughout our stay in Jordan. Ask for Nader if you can- he is always on time, drives very safely, keeps your vehicle clean, very well informed about the region and most importantly- impeccable manners & very good spoken English.
