We had never been kayaking before today so we opted for the guided tour. The staff here were amazing! They instructed us how to kayak, supplied all needed equipment, and a guide accompanied us on the 4 mile excursion. It was such a great experience! Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Pea Ohana Zainesville for any kayaking experience. From the moment we got out of our vehicle, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dutch greeted us in the parking lot and welcomed us and was very excited for his first tour of the season. Before checking in, we met Bear who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed and even took some pictures of us in front of their Live Life Today mural wall. The area has a great vibe and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. We did the 4 mile kayak rental and it was perfect! The bus drove us to the start and we kayaked our way back. There were several others on the trip, but we were able to paddle ahead and it felt as if we had the river to ourselves. We experienced small rapids, but for the majority of the trip the waters were very calm. Loved the mixture of nature and city mixed into the same trip! We will definitely be back.
