Little Bay

We will pick you up at Bobby's Marina at the wooden gazebo in front of Aziana's restaurant. After a short safety briefing, we will cast off along the beautiful shoreline of Sint Maarten. Get comfortable on board, and find your own private spot. Our first stop will be at Little Bay. This small pretty beach is well protected by the outcrop of Fort Amsterdam right on the edge of Philipsburg. There you can enjoy a one hour guided snorkel tour with plenty of sea life, a sunken helicopter and submarine. This is the perfect spot to explore the tropical underwater world. For our snorkelling enthusiasts, Little Bay offers one of the rare beach snorkel locations, as the waters here are generally calm due to its 'cove like' nature and also the installation of solid rocky beach breaks. This makes it an ideal spot for children and beginners, and you can also use our selection of water equipment thus there is plenty to do for all of our guests.

Maho Beach

We will slowly sail by at Maho Beach, located across the Princess Juliana International Airport runway, where we will watch planes take off and land - depending on plane schedules. We cannot stop there but will try to catch a plane above our mast. An absolutely astonishing view to enjoy while having a cold beverage or socializing at the inside bar. Have yourself a drink (cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages), and allow our hostesses to spoil you. After watching the planes, we will cast off to our next stop, Mullet Bay.

Went out with 6 friends and had an amazing time. The rest of our group was great, not too many people. Crew is extremely competent, attentive, easygoing and funny. The drinks were brought to us all day long, and the lunch was delicious. Good snorkeling too. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing catamaran experience aboard the Phoenix in St. Maarten! The water was absolutely beautiful and crystal clear. During our stop we saw a barracuda and even a sea turtle, and others in our group spotted even more sea life while snorkeling. I stayed on the floating mat with our 4-year-old, which ended up being the perfect way for us to enjoy the water together. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from start to finish. They even helped us store and unload our stroller, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. Lunch was delicious, and we really appreciated that they accommodated our vegetarian diet without any issues. One helpful tip: if you are prone to motion sickness, definitely take Dramamine beforehand. My wife started feeling a little seasick, but the crew suggested club soda and bitters, which seemed to help a lot. Overall, this was such a relaxing and memorable excursion, and we would absolutely do it again!
Perfect way to see Sint Maarten.

Abundant and good food with good drinks. Chicken tenders were so good and they had vegetarian wraps that were outstanding. Captain Madison was excellent and the crew as well. Highly recommend this excursion.

Everyone was super welcoming and funny. Camille made us great drinks and Amelia nailed it with the food (I’m a picky eater too, but I still finished my plate). The snorkeling was so much fun and I got to learn the basics of boat driving with Raphy and Benji. Overall Great time. 10/10

Such a great experience. Benji and Raffi were great captains, and they had an outstanding staff that provided top-notch service. Drinks floated all day, struggling equipment was clean and comfortable, snacks, all day and a nice chicken and rice meal. Was great for us because it was a laid-back excursion not a party boat.

Great crew! Nice catamaran with beautiful spots to stop and snorkel . Did not care for chicken and rice lunch But taste is always a personal thing. Prolly done 30+ catamaran excursion since 1988. This ranks right at the top of our list. Captain Benji was outstanding. Take this day sail on the Phoenix you will love it.

This isn’t a luxury catamaran tour. We don’t even hardly sell anywhere. It’s mainly about parking and getting in the ocean. The food was so slow, some of the crew were very rude. After several hours, we hwe’re very rude. After several hours, we had to ask them to turn on the music. It was not lightly. It was boring and private end of the trip we need people were complaining and just wanting to get back to shore. I have taken many catamaran tours and this one is lame… do not sell with the Phoenix picked another one.
