The road from São Vicente to Seixal are lined with waterfalls, creating beautiful and natural views of water flowing down rocks and cliffs. Moreover, we have valleys, rock formations, black sandy beach, rock pools, making this tour an excellent choice.

It will take about 45 minutes to reach Ribeira Brava and it will be done in a non-stop connection Beautiful valley on the southwestern coast of the islan. Its main economic activity is agriculture; from the cultivation of land comes sweet potatoes, beans, vegetables, some cereal, fruit and wine.
Sao Vicente
Agua D´alto is one of many waterfalls of the area, where we will make stop to contemplate his simplicity and natural beauty and also to see the astounding view around to São Vicente and Ponta Delgada.

5.00Edgar saved our trip! On our first day in Madeira our planned excursion fell through and we were on our own. We fortunately had reserved Edgar for two days at the end of the week given his amazing reviews. Not knowing what to do, I called Edgar. Even though it was Sunday and he was with his family, he knew we were stuck. He said he could be there in 30 minutes! We ended up having four unbelievable days with Edgar. Born in Madeira, he knows the island inside and out. He kept us away from crowds, took us to the "local" favorite sites and eateries, made amazing itineraries and changed them on the fly to help best deal with the crowds and ever-changing weather. Edgar is a great driver, wonderful photographer, has a great sense of humor, and is just a joy to spend time with. Edgar helped make our visit to Madeira the most memorable trip!

5.00We had an incredible experience on this tour and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Edgar was fantastic—his extensive knowledge of the island really brought every stop to life. He shared so much insight about the history, culture, and natural surroundings, which made the whole journey even more meaningful. One of the highlights was exploring the western side of the coast. The scenery there is absolutely breathtaking, from the dramatic cliffs and unique rock formations to the lush landscapes and beautiful waterfalls. Edgar made sure we had plenty of time to take it all in and never felt rushed. Visiting the Porto Moniz natural swimming pools was another unforgettable part of the tour. The setting is stunning, and it was such a unique experience to see and enjoy these natural formations up close. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations. 5.00Edgar saved our trip to Madeira. BEST guide we’ve ever had! We had originally planned two days with Edgar where he provided several options for hiking as well as off-roading. He was extremely knowledgeable of all things Madeira. Great responsiveness and helpful with all our questions. Our first days were planned through another well known travel company and they never showed up. Last minute we called Edgar to see if he’d have availability. He very kindly offered to last minute provide us with a similar tour but ended up being beyond our expectations. We could not have been more grateful!

5.00We arrived on a cruise ship. Our guide Edgar made contact on the eve and was there at the scheduled time. The vehicle was clean and was driven very quietly. Edgar was very attentive and gave us explanations about the island and all the places visited. The whole island is beautiful and with a very peculiar relief. The weather was good and helped a lot. It was perfect for those who only had one day on the island.

5.00Wow what an amazing experience this trip was. From the moment we arrived, Edgar greeting us with a warm welcome, making us feel happy and safe. His knowledge of the Island is incredible and he constantly gave facts of the island during the whole trip. He customised the trip to suit our family and ensured it kept the kids entertained whilst keeping the adults hooked at the same time. We kept away from the crowds and Edgar knew the best time to hit all the hotspots. Booking this private trip was the best money i've spent in such a long time and I would highly recommend booking this trip if you want an amazing VIP tour of Madeira.
