Miraflores Visitor Center

You will be picked up from your hotel to visit the Panama Canal Visitor Center. There you will admire the workings of the cameras and see a film about the Channel.

We will cross the Bridge of the Americas to make a stop at the Mirador de Las Americas where you can admire the entrance to the Panama Canal.

Well organized, interesting and detailed tour. Many historical facts that enriched the visit. Our guide, Clement, was very friendly and answered all our questions. We highly recommend the tour and guide.

The local agency was not contacted a day earlier to agree on details. They took over an hour to pick up all the passengers. We wasted an hour inside the Panama Canal visitor center doing nothing. The tour was supposed to be from 10 to 15 and it was 15 and we were in the visitor center without having seen any ships pass. I had to leave the tour at 16 because I had to go to the airport later, I had walks left unseen. They didn't give us snacks like the proposal said. Just a bottle of water at 16:00 after seeing a vessel go through the canal. I missed Amador's Causeway because of agency inefficiency. I should get a refund. Viator’s Customer Care didn’t solve my doubts over the phone either. I won't shop around here again.

Reuben was honestly amazing. From the start he was so easy to talk to and full of energy. He has a great sense of humor and really knows his stuff when it comes to Panama. The whole tour just flowed so naturally and was actually fun. It didn’t feel forced or awkward at all. At some point it really felt like we’d known him for years. What stood out the most is how he brought everyone together. We all started as strangers but ended up laughing and vibing like one big group. Real good experience. I would definitely recommend him to anybody visiting.

Perfect, Clement showed us around the Vasco Viejo neighborhood and the Miraflores locks, he is very involved, his explanations were very clear and the film about the locks really pleased us. Thank you for a great day

The driver was more than an hour late and kept saying that he was almost at our hotel, and then asked where our hotel was located. We canceled and requested a refund.

A very good experience to know Panama. Ruben was very guided, he gave himself the time to accompany and explain every doubt of the whole group (English Spanish and French). Highly recommended

We toured with Ruben and he was a great guide. We learned much about Panama and it's history and saw many of the must see sights. We also got some great photo ops thanks to Ruben. Would definitely recommend.
