  Tour was awesome, our guide was phenomenal mixing local knowledge and ensuring we saw everything that was truly important and then tailoring to our needs and timeframe.

  I would suggest that everyone use their due diligence before deciding to book any tours with this company: French Riviera Sightseeing. Many people have provided positive reviews for your consideration in choosing them for a tour of the French Riviera. My experience was not completely positive. I booked and paid in full for two vans for a total of 15 people in March of 2024: the 6-hour private tour of the French Riviera from the Cannes port was scheduled for the day of Monday, June 24th. Approximately 6 weeks prior to the scheduled tour; and, over the 6-week period, I emailed French Riviera Sightseeing multiple time in an attempt to verify that the tour was still on their books as originally planned. I received zero return correspondence (from the company) related to my questions. In addition, I telephoned the company (2 weeks prior to the pickup date) with their provided number; and did in fact reach a French speaking female who advised that she could not speak with me at the time but would return my call very shortly. No one ever returned my call as requested. In fact, after that, I attempted to telephone several times during the time period, but my calls were never answered from that point forward. Apparently, my phone number was blocked from making contact with the company. On the night of the June 23rd, (the day before the scheduled tour) I received an email from the company indicating that they did not have a reservation record in their booking system for me and our group of 15 people. Approximately 1 hour later, a second follow-up email indicated that the company was cancelling my two vans and scheduled tours for the following day. No explanation was offered as to why the company continually refused to respond to my earlier emails seeking information on my booking; nor why they refused to accept my phone calls during office hours. Likewise, there was no explanation for the cancelled booking at the last minute. On the one positive note, the company did reimburse me in full for the two bookings which this review covers. The company's level of customer service is nonexistent once the tour is booked. Although I did not attempt to cancel the reservation, I suspect that it is a very difficult process once they have your money and reservation. Buyer beware when dealing with this company going forward.

  RAS , Beautiful setting , Cosy , ideal in the late afternoon or early morning , what a pleasure to see all these birds and boats reflected on the sea .

  We arrived 30 minutes early to the meeting point as provided by the excursion company at 30 prom. de La Pantiero. No driver was at that location, which was a 20 minute walk from the port. 25 minutes after our pickup time the company finally answered our phone calls to ask where they were. The company now told us to go back to the port. When we arrived the driver did not have a sign with my name. The driver asked my name as we arrived back at the port. Upon meeting, the driver told us that he was only expecting a female and a male (Homophobia?). The driver was uncertain about our tour purchase and asked us where we wanted to go. We then proceeded after a conversation to Nice, France where we saw an overlook point off the highway but we arrived there after a long detour because of traffic. We continued to Eze where we were given 20 minutes to look around by foot. This is where our tour ended. Upon meeting the driver at our pick location, the car had no gas/fluid and was not operable. We had to sit at this location for hours until another vehicle had to be sent from another city to pick us up. The company provided another car without air conditioning, dirty, small, and in disrepair. The mirrors on the car were broken and the brakes were making loud screeching noises and it was very hot. The driver informed us at this time that there was no time to continue the tour due to our departure time and traffic. We continued without air conditioning in this vehicle that was unsafe back to port where we disembarked prior to the port because we couldn’t take the heat and discomfort. We found our own way back to our ship. We missed our entire tour and experience because this travel service was incompetent and unprofessional. We have been on 4 other private tours during our trip and have had no problems.
