This one-of-a-kind Arctic adventure combines comfort and excitement as you journey from Helsinki deep into Lapland aboard the Polar Train. For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding. If they are not accompanied by their family and insist on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse their orders. All the consequences caused by personal problems during the trip are responsible for themselves.
Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations, hotel information etc.

Our company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).
On the nights of Day3, Day4 and Day5 of the itinerary, you will stay in cabins! The cabins are generally suites for 3-8 people, with multiple rooms, each typically designed for 2 people per room. The cabin room types are not standardized like hotel rooms, and the number of standard rooms is limited, so room types cannot be specifically requested. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the room arrangements.
The order of the snow activities may be adjusted, and the final schedule will be based on actual arrangements.
Choosing a single room for the entire trip does not include accommodation on the VR train. The VR train is booked with a default 2-person sleeper.
Snow activities are not recommended for children under 4 years old!
Ice and snow activities involve life safety, so please take them seriously!!! Except for snowmobiles, king crab fishing, and icebreaker boat floating, which provide warm gear, other snow activities (reindeer sledding, husky sledding, and polar snowshoeing) require you to rent your own professional warm gear (such as coats/overalls, gloves, boots, etc., expected to cost 5-10 EUR per item per day). If you do not wear sufficient, warm, waterproof, and cold-resistant clothing, our guides have the right to refuse your participation in snow activities on-site for your own safety, and no refund will be provided!

After breakfast, head to the northern part of the Baltic Sea – the Gulf of Bothnia, where you will board the [Polar Adventure Icebreaker ABBA Cruise]. Enjoy an ABBA music party onboard as you embark on a 3-hour breathtaking icebreaking experience. Feel the tremors of the ice beneath you, and for those above 125cm in height, you can wear a warm flotation suit to float on the icy sea, experiencing a unique charm, or try walking on the ice. After the tour, drive back to the Harapalanda Hotel for rest. Please note: The icebreaker cruise must be booked in advance, and availability is limited. Once sold out, no more reservations will be accepted.

In the morning, head to visit the [Santa Claus Village] in Rovaniemi. You can take a photo with Santa Claus, cross the Arctic Circle, enjoy delicious food, and shop for souvenirs or send postcards.
After leaving Santa Claus Village, travel to Saarisarka. After a short rest and dinner, we will embark on [a snowmobile ride](Optional) into the dark forest to hunt for the Northern Lights. In the dark forest, embrace nature and feel the power of the Arctic. In the morning, we'll head to the [Reindeer Farm] in Lapland, where you can learn about the Sami culture, feed the reindeer up close, and interact with them. You’ll also have the chance to take a 15-minute reindeer sleigh ride (This will only be available if there's enough snow! If the snow is insufficient, only a farm tour will be offered. Please be aware of this!). Experience the transportation method of Santa Claus! The reindeer will lead the way as you sit in the sleigh, enjoying the unique beauty of the polar landscape.

In the afternoon, you will join the [Husky Safari], where you will race through the snow with the energetic huskies, surrounded by the enchanting snowy scenery. After a brief rest and dinner, you’ll embark on an adventure in the national forest park, where you'll experience [Snowshoeing] in search of the mesmerizing Northern Lights. Finally, return to your cozy cabin in Saariselkä for the night. Please note: The order of the snow activities may be adjusted, and the final schedule will be based on actual arrangements.

In the morning, depart from Saariselkä and head to Kirkenes, the prime location for king crab fishing. Here, you will see how the locals catch these giant crabs. Afterward, we will enjoy a delicious meal of freshly caught king crab at a local restaurant. Once the activity concludes, we will return to your cozy cabin in Saariselkä for the night.
