We begin our journey North East after breakfast, with a stop at Sipi falls for wonderful viewing of these breathtaking falls. After lunch, we continue to Uganda’s second-largest conservation area, Pian Upe and check into your booked accommodation for a restful evening.

We will have quite an early start to the day with the exquisite drop of the amazing sunrise that is proudly Pian Upe. We set out for an early morning game drive, which will give us higher chances for incredible wild game viewing being that the animals tend to be more active at this time of day. Return to the lodge for lunch and after lunch, we will set out for a brief cultural tour with the Karamajongs, learn about this rich culture as we interact with its unique people. In the evening we set out for yet another game drive and this time more keen and watchful for the elusive Cheetah.

Kidepo Valley National Park

After breakfast and checking out of the safari lodge, we will begin our journey to Africa’s true wilderness, Kidepo valley national park. The journey will be marked with a lot of scenic views and interesting homesteads of the northern people. Upon arrival, we check into our accommodation for a night of rest.

We can choose to pack our breakfast and set out really early for a morning game drive in the Narus valley for a good chance to spot lots of wildlife. Creatures in this pack tend to congregate around this part. If we are lucky we may spot lots of cats too including the king of the jungle. From our morning 2-3 hours thrill we will return to the lodge for lunch and a few hours of relaxation before we set out again for another search for wild game this time, at the Kanangorok Hot springs for a chance to view the beautiful and rare Ostriches with lots of other unique bird species as well as other animals that tend to gather around on the cooler side of the springs to cool their thirst. We return to our lodge with many great sightings for the day hopefully and we rest in preparation for the next day’s long haul journey.

Murchison Falls National Park

We check out of the safari lodge after breakfast and begin our journey to Murchison falls. We will have a stop for lunch en-route in Gulu and continue to Murchison falls. Upon arrival, we check into our booked safari lodge and, depending on time, we can venture out on an evening game drive.

Before dawn breaks, we venture into the populous north side of the park where the diverse wildlife keeps us alert in hopes of spotting as many species as possible; from elephants, giraffes and lions, to the elusive, nocturnal leopard. After lunch, we set out for a baot trip to the base of Murchison Falls. Buffaloes, crocodiles and hippos lounge along the banks in the company of aquatic birds like the Dwarf Kingfisher, the Goliath Heron, and the hornbill. We dock at the foot of the falls and hike to the top to witness the breathtaking scene created where the Nile surges through a narrow opening and pours out into the devil’s cauldron, crowned by a permanent rainbow. Our guide will be waiting for us at the top and after the great marvels and picturesque moment, we return to the northern side with great sightings on the way the lodge.

Rhino Fund Uganda

After breakfast, we check out of the safari lodge and drive to Zziwa Rhino sanctuary for our adventure with one of the big five, the magnificent Rhinos. We continue to Kampala to your desired drop off location after our visit with the Rhinos and lunch.
