Samburu National Reserve, located in the northern part of Kenya is a rich wildlife zone in Eastern Africa. Not only does this it allow you to see amazing African wildlife, but it also allows you to experience one of Kenya’s colorful tribes.
Mt. Kenya, Africa’s second highest peak is regarded as the realm of Ngai, god of the local Kikuyu people. Traditionally, all Kikuyu home were built to face this sacred peak. They call it Kirinyaga, or place of light.
Lake Nakuru provides the visitor with one of Kenya’s best known images. Thousands of flamingo, joined into a massive flock, fringe the shores of this soda lake. A pulsing pink swathe of life that carpets the water, the flamingo are a breathtaking sight.

Full day in Samburu, with an early morning and late afternoon game drive. Samburu is a beautiful and and game abundant park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Grevy's zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. Depart Mountain Lodge in the morning and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley - to Lake Nakuru National Park making a brief stop at Nyahururu Thomson Falls. Arrive Lake Nakuru Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. Also, many species of game can be found in the park including the introduced Rothschild\'s giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon and many species of plains game. 5.00The planning for Dallago Tours was excellent. Our guide, David, was an expert observer: every morning he said “we’ll find something special today” when we got in the car, and every day was really a new surprise! Seeing the lifestyle of the Samburu people in Samburu made me realize the richness of Kenya’s diversity. Taking a short hike in the Mount Kenya area for fresh air and mountain views was a refreshing break between safaris. Time flew as we watched birds with flocks of flamingos and pelicans in Lake Nakuru National Park. Everything was at its peak in Masai Mara: cheetahs hunting, elephants crossing the river and learning the jump dance on the visit to the Maasai village. The accommodations were comfortable hostels, the quality of the first class food (there were many vegetarian options) and the communication from the guide-driver team was very smooth.

5.00My family and I went on a 7-day safari in Kenya. The guide of Dallago Tours (our guide was Joseph) is very knowledgeable and very friendly. We were fascinated to see lions, leopards, elephants and huge migrations in Masai Mara. The picnic lunch at the hippo pool was magical - the food was great and the hippos were seen up close. I saw flamingos in Nakuru. Masai Village visit and nature walk were also very interesting - I got the cultural experience. Accommodations were nice, the food was good, and the rooms were clean. Thank you Dallago team for an incredible adventure! 🦁🌍

5.00In July 2025 we did an extraordinary African safari of 7 days, including Samburu (2 nights), Mt. Kenya (1 night), Lake Nakuru (1 night), and Masai Mara (3 nights). Our tour organizer, Esther, has always been quick to respond and provided detailed answers to each of our questions. Patrick, the safari driver, was brilliant and lively, not only showing the animals but also telling the stories of each place. We took the luxury option, and each lodge had excellent food and a comfortable atmosphere. This package is perfect for those who want to enjoy mountains, lakes, tribal culture, and wildlife together.
