We had the opportunity to go on a 7-day safari in Uganda, where we went primate tracking and saw savannah wildlife, and it was our best experience. Our 7 day journey made by Salt Holidays maintenance team. Their perfect guidelines and helpful guide made our journey easy, safe and memorable. We started at Kibale National Park, chimpanzee tracking required patience. Our ranger explained their behavior in detail, which made the encounter educational rather than just exciting. Then Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, the gorilla trek was the emotional center of our trip. Seeing a mother gorilla groom her infant only a short distance away was unforgettable. Queen Elizabeth National Park provided classic safari game drives, where we observed elephants crossing dusty tracks and buffalo resting in groups. Our lodge was awesome and the staff were hospitable. Lake Mburo National Park offered a quieter finish, with zebras grazing near our lodge. Undoubtedly it was the best adventure time with my family.

Our family of four (kids 11 and 14) finished our this 7-day Uganda midrange primate and wildlife safari with Salt Holidays. It was our best vacation to spend time with my family. The chimpanzee tracking at Kibale was lively - the kids loved chasing the pack through the forest and seeing the mothers with their babies. The gorilla experience at Bwindi was intense but rewarding, the one hour viewing experience flew by as we watched them feed and play. Bwindi gorilla trekking tested our legs but delivered, being that near a family group felt really special. Queen Elizabeth National Park was the action-packed part, lions, elephants, buffaloes on game drives, and a boat cruise where we saw tons of hippos and birds. Our guide was amazing, very professional and patient with the children's endless questions and always finding the best views. Lake Mburo was a relaxing end-zebras roaming, walking safari learning tracks, and birdwatching. We were very satisfied with Salt Holidays. And we got a authentic experience. We would like to recommend this safari trip.
