He implemented all our requests into the itinerary and was always available to answe any questions we had before and during our visit. Everything promised before the trip actually happened and there were no unexpected surprises along the way. Mr Hok has a remarkable level of knowledge in multiple areas and has the capability of transferring this knowledge in a very friendly and understandable manner. Logistically everyday flowed perfectly and with an all of a sudden downpour of rain, he immediately knew how to adjust or reschedual in a manner that we we never lost out on anything.
