  I chose to use a local company and was not disappointed.From being picked up inside the terminal to drop off we were treated like family. We had great hotels and lunch stops were chosen for safe food and safety and bathrooms. We travelled as 3 separate groups in the 2 vans, all on slightly different tours. Ours had the extra night after Aquba at the Dead Sea which was a nice way to end. Our driver Issa and Basel in the other, driving safety was paramount, even when we encountered snow and routes needed to change a bit. Always on time to pick us up and go over the options for the day. Both worked extremely hard to show us the delights of Jordan “ during Ramadan “ as their guests. We had the best time ever and Jordan is an amazing Country. Very safe, great food and amazing sights. Just a note these tours essentially are providing a driver who always generously came with water and snacks for us, van with wifi and music, good 4* hotels and arrangements with local guides. It isn’t a big bus tour with full time guide and nonstop commentary .This worked well for us as we can self manage and don’t want to be fully organised, Eg flexible enough to stop at a road side stall, or to guide you thru a night market long after drop off.   Munther our guide was awesome! From arrival to Jordan to departure.....every day was an adventure...especially shopping and eating.. Munther was very accommodating and informative with every place we visited.   Munther picked us up at the airport and stayed with us all thru our time in Jordan. Munther made it a stress free vacation. Munther was very flexible with our schedule which made the heat in Jordan more bearable. Munther is very knowledge in the history of this lovely country. I definitely recommend Zaid Tour and our tour guide, Munther. Jordan is an amazing place to visit. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

  Nice tour, can recommend it. However would not recommend Zaid Tours, the lady was very rude on the phone and not really willing to help

  Firas is our excellent tour guide. He went above and beyond what was expected on this tour. He shared his pride for his country and culture by bringing us to places which are not even part of the tour just because that’s how nice he is. He brought us to local restaurants where we ate the most delicious Jordanian food. He even treated us for kunafah twice. Firas also made sure that we get the best experience with local tour guides in all the places we went. He has a good sense of humor and there was never a dull moment during the road trips as we exchanged stories about practically any topic we can cover. He brought us to a place where the profits from the shop helps support the handicapped. He has a big heart too. He has good rapport and great connections with people wherever we went. Always punctual and he gives suggestions on what to see and do after the tours. Firas made sure that there were no stones left unturned during our vacation and that includes arranging a Turkish Hammam after a long day at Petra. Firas always made sure that our experiences are top-notched. Thank you Firas for making our Jordan vacation such a wonderful memory for us to cherish. Zaid tours did an excellent job arranging for everything from airport pick up, hotels, tours, airport drop off. The people we’ve met were all very warm, friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all- Junior meeting us at the airport, Mahmoud, who brought us to and from the airport, Firas, our driver and tour guide for 6 days, Mohammed, our driver from Aqaba back to Amman.   Going to Jordan with Furitravel and accompanied by advaiser and our guide Josef has been an unforgettable trip. Josef conveyed his love for Jordan and made us see it in a different light. We discovered very nice and interesting places and narrated them in a fun, enjoyable way and made us take to Jordan in our hearts. A unique trip with all the details a traveler could want. Jerash, Aman, Petra and little Petra, wadi rum, Petra by night, fortresses, desert sunsets, on the Red Sea and dead sea. Visit the Jordan River and place of Jesus’ baptism.   Thank you for the great service & fun times you provided. Thanks for being uncomplicated and catering to our requests of picking the Bubble Luxotels in Petra & Wadi Rum. All in all, Jordan was wonderful & we will return home with amazing memories & photos. Our driver Ahmad Shelabe was amazing & always made sure we ate well taken care of and got the best service. We learned a lot from him about Jordan and the Jordanian people. Choosing Zaid Tours was an excellent decision and if they have tours in other places in the Middle East, we will chose them again!

  We booked 8 nights tour through Zaid Tours and travels. This tour company in undoubtedly the best I have done across. Just after landing the company's representative was there to greet us just outside the aerobridge and all our visa was beforehand ready and we were passed out of customs and immigration on first priority and we're out of airport in almost 20 minutes. The tour guide and cab driver Mr Abdul shalabi was very good and caring all the days and round the clock , he called us every few hours to check our well being .the car was excellent and superbly maintained.All the hotels were very good and the service was excellent. entry tickets , tour guides etc were all well arranged in advance before we reached the venue.there was no hidden costs and charges. the company refunded us few JD that was charged due to oversight without our asking and we were not knowing about this, this is very rare. Hands down this company is the best.

  Seem less trip with contact from the tour company prior to arrival, easily met at the airport to being looked after right until drop off back to the airport. As two females travelling - we felt very safe. Our Driver Basel answered all our questions, never late and shared his knowledge about the country. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone!
