1.00The tour guide decided to leave liberty island early and abandoned us half way through the tour. I finally got her phone number and a text but she was already on the ferry having left.

2.00Supposed to be a fully guided tour. Got skip the line on to ferry but nothing else. Was sold tickets to 9/11 museum and it wasn't opened. Had nothing with a guide that we couldn't do ourselves very disappointing.
